Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 each boast a luxurious King Bed. Bedrooms 1 and 5 are each furnished with a cozy Queen Bed, while Bedroom 6 has 2 Full-Size Beds, and Bedroom 2 offers 2 Twin Beds. For a more private experience, the Cottage Bedroom (Bedroom 8) features a Queen Bed, and the Game Bedroom (Bedroom 7) has 2 Twin Beds (no door for this room). There are 3 bathrooms inside the main home and an additional bathroom in the cottage, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. Our property comes with the convenience of 4 parking spaces included with each reservation, ensuring ample room for your vehicles. We understand that travel plans can vary, so we offer the possibility of Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop, all subject to availability to better suit your schedule. HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-11 AM RESERVATION POLICIES: 1 - Door codes are always shared at 3 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM). 2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability. 3 - Door codes will not be shared if photo ID of guests are not shared. 4 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in. 5 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights. 6 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this. 7 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved. 8 - No courtesy refunds are provided. 9 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable. 10 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day. 11 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day. 12 - REGISTRATION POLICY Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund. 13 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan. No additional guests are allowed that are not stated on the reservation. House access won't be granted until photo ID of guests are sent. Maximum 4 cars on the driveway. NO SMOKING INSIDE ($1,000 FINE will apply if this rule is violated). **The Pool is cleaned every Thursday for maintenance and your enjoyment. Be aware that at any time on Thursday, my team will be there cleaning the Pool. The lawn is cleaned every Thursday as well. Check-in is from 4PM-12AM. (Early check-in for $50/hour) Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit. (Late check-out for $100/hour) QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM. $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. $100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the house entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :). Also, please don't throw excessive toilet paper in the toilets to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will be charged.
