HOT TUB ACCESS The hot tub is accessed through the downstairs Queen bedroom. NO PETS We do not allow pets. CHILDPROOFING Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do provide a pack-n-play, highchair, children's toys and baby gates for guests to use at their own discretion. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date).
