Here you will have access to lakes, hiking trails, and community amenities like pools, volleyball, and tennis courts. Just a short drive from major ski resorts and local attractions, conveniently located near all the essentials. Getting Around: There is a Martz Bus station in Mt Pocono and then you need to take a cab or Uber/Lyft. Public transportation is limited, therefore we recommend having a car for easy navigation. During the winter months, we recommend driving cars with 4-wheel drive. Other Things to Note: ****Please note: Community registration fees apply and are mandatory for every guest above 6 yo. Arrowhead Lakes community is a gated community and additional community fees are required for all guests over 6 years of age must be registered three days before arrival. *Fees are not based on Amenities but on the privilege of having full access to the community and all its common areas. This is a mandatory temporary membership and non-refundable. * Unregistered Guests/Cars or not registered on time up to 3 days before arrival will be denied access to the community. * Personal info (names, vehicle info, phone number, and email) is required for community registration. Our guest form will be sent shortly after booking. The guest form is NOT the community registration. It is intended to collect the guest info needed for community registration. If not, the guest will need to cancel the booking and no refunds will be issued. Only small, non-shedding, and housebroken pets. Please contact us before check-in if you plan on bringing your pet. There will be an additional fee of $150.
