If you are looking to host an event, photo shoot/production shoot or large gathering of any kind, please notify us beforehand. PARKING is limited to 3-4 vehicle's depending on size. No Parking on landscaping or grass. This property is located in Dania Beach. This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property. Valid ID is required upon booking and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Guest Access: The entire space is available for guest use and features a keyless entry. This is a Single Family Home with a driveway. Main entrance is on SW 42nd Terrace, we'll send you detailed instructions the morning of your arrival. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage closets with locks on them. They are only to be used by the cleaning crew for restocking. You will also be within 20 minutes of nearby beaches. There is NO SMOKING- Pets may be approved on a case by case basis. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, so they do not litter the property. ***If you are staying for longer than 14 days additional cleaning fees may apply unless you are having the home cleaned during your stay.
