Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you are not intending on holidaying with your dog). * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin. * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept. ---- Guest access Guests will be sent thorough and detailed information via the Airbnb messaging system (or direct email). This will include instructions for the key box and code. Guests will have our contact details and are welcome to contact us at any time during their stay. Other things to note GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc. Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am. Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the Stayz online payment booking system. -----
