Greet each morning with coffee, a newspaper, and a peek of the ocean horizon outside on your private balcony. Back inside, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast before a day at the beach. Come home in the afternoon to unwind in central air conditioning, toss your swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer, and watch movies on the TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms for your privacy and convenience. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
