Great stay.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past several years. Perfect location, easy to walk to local restaurants. Hosts are easy to work with and have great communication. Highly recommend this place

Exactly as advertised. Comfortable, spacious and in a great location.

Property was everything we needed for a week of exploring Bangor and Maine. Very walkable location to lots of great restaurants and activities (art museum, playhouse, waterfront). Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Good central location for day trips up to Baxter State Park or down to Acadia. Parking wasn't an issue for us. There was always something open less than a block away. Would absolutely stay here again if heading to Bangor area.

Such a great place to stay! The loft was comfy and there was plenty of room to relax. We loved the minimal/old industrial style of the space. We would absolutely stay there again.

Place was great. Very clean and cool looking. The 4 flights with luggage was not fun but very accurately explained in listing. Derek was very quick with communicating with us which was a plus. Didnt spend much time in Bangor, prefered the deive to Bar and Acadia( about an hour) No A/C but again didnt list A/C so i should have known. Bedroom fan worked but ceiling fan in living room did not. Derek mentioned to maintenance’s so hopefully up and running again. Listing did say nintendo but there was none there, not a deal breaker just letting future renters know. He does have numerous board games for guests which was fun. All in all, would 100 percent rent this place again.

Everything was exactly as described and the rooftop was great The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is for the few things below 1. There is no elevator which we knew going into this. Being on the 4th floor keep in mind you don’t want to pack a large suitcase. Break it up into 2 smaller bags that are easier to pick up and maneuver the winding stair 2. We could not figure out how to work the ac controls. Back bedroom was hot and front living area was freezing. We had people sleeping in the living area and were able to use extra blankets in the unit to warm up 3. The sliding doors are great aesthetically but they are loud and catch in the track. There is a piece that sticks out that we kept hitting our shoulder on. I would suggest switching to pocket doors. If that is not possible at least remove the metal hook sticking out and add a handle on the inside. You have to stick your finger in a small thumb hole to close it from inside 4. Wi-Fi doesn’t pick up in the bedroom well. So if anybody is working there the living room is best. We had 3 people working and couldn’t use the bedroom for private web calls 4. Last small thing. The street entrance door was unlocked the whole time except for the morning we left. We had someone take something to their car and did not have their phone to get the code and got locked out. If there is a schedule on when door is open and when it is locked maybe that should be included with check in instructions just in case.
