Our newly-renovated and professionally decorated 4-bed, 2-bath home is centrally located in the heart of Murfreesboro: - MTSU: 0.6 mi - Broadway: 39 mi - Airport: 35 mi Features to note: - 2 of the bedrooms each have 2 single beds (a daybed with a trundle), & the other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. - There is a Smart TV in each bedroom & one in the living room. - Fire pit - The guest house is a separate rental behind the main house; there is a fence between them, but they share a driveway. When you walk through the front door you will step into the living room. Three of the bedrooms are off the hallway on the right and the fourth bedroom has its own entrance and is off the dining room on the left side of the house. Bedroom 1 - queen bed Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - a single day bed with a single trundle that pulls out. Bedroom 4 on the opposite side of the house has a single day bed with a single trundle that pulls out. It also has an ensuite bathroom. There is a guest house that is also an airbnb if you are interested in renting it if you need to sleep 4 more. Both units are completely separate, though they do share a driveway. Quiet Neighborhood close to MTSU and Downtown Murfreesboro QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 2. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
