We really liked the hotel and the location being so close to Heathrow airport. We were a little nervous because the price was so low, however, everything was great. There were 2 nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We had dinner at the Italian place and it was very nice.

A convenient location in regards to the local Village shops, pubs and an excellent Italian restaurant. Staff were fabulous in reception, dining, bar and house cleaning. And the location is 5 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 5 via a regular bus service.

Perfect for what i was looking for close to work

The hotel was good value for money, clean and well maintained. There was limited food options within walking distance, daytime cafe for breakfast or lunch and a pub across the street that served Thai food. Just double check the location and address because both the Hotels.com app and Google maps sent me to the Hilton about one kilometre away which is where my Uber dropped me. So it cost me a second Uber and wasted time.

The staff were very friendly but overall the stay was not very good. The listing on hotels.com gave a postcode which took me to a different hotel. When I finally arrived I was told the car park was out of action and would have to find a space on one of the residential roads. The room had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and the television screen was cracked so didn't work. Had I been staying for more than one night I would have found another hotel
