The space The House: -Located directly across the street from a private, dedicated beach with unobstructed ocean views. The back of the house is on a coastal dune lake with unobstructed views. We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes fro an Uber to show up) Almost everything is within a short drive of Panama Jane's. 1 minute to local favorites (Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream, Sunnyside Grille, The Carousel Grocery Store, Publix and Winn Dixie). 5 minutes to Pier Park and all it shops, attractions and restaurants (Target, WalMart, World Market, Dick's Sporting Goods, Margaritaville, Five Guys, Old Navy, Longhorn, Olive Garden). 10 minutes to 30A (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside & Watercolor). 15 minutes to the east end of Panama City Beach (Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Wonder Works, Club La Vela and Dolphin Cruises). 20 minutes to Panama City International Airport. 30 minutes to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Guest Access: At Panama Jane's our guests have access to the entire house as well as all of the porches and side yard. The guests will also have access to the community amenities such as the pool overlooking the lake, the fire pit and a private beach access point. Other things to note: There is plenty of room for parking. The driveway can fit four cars. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor right inside from the screened in porch. A shuffle board will provide hours of family fun. Every piece of furniture in the home was purchased and installed in January of 2021 and was done by a local interior decorator. The kitchen was outfitted by a hard core cook and provides you with anything you might need. The mail floor family room has a 65" television and a fireplace for cool nights. Guest access You have use of the entire house, community pool, private beach, fire pit and lake. Other things to note We own Panama Joe's and Panama Jane's and the are just four houses apart so if you need more space than either house has to offer you can book both and be right near each other in the same complex.
