Elegant house with a terrace in a residential area just outside the historic center of Syracuse. The house has a shared entrance with another residence. Access to the house is via a staircase leading to a porch area that opens directly onto the living area, which consists of a large living room with sofas, armchairs, and television. The separate kitchen has a dining table, oven, microwave, kettle, and espresso machine. From here, guests have access to the terrace, furnished with an outdoor sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one of which has a television and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase leads to the attic room with a queen-size futon bed, a single sofa bed, and access to the balcony. Two additional bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the layout. Guests have air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. *A part of the house is occupied by another residence, in an independent space separate from that available to guests. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
