VILLA CARLINA – FONTANE BIANCHE Located on the east coast of Sicily, Villa Carlina is a charming villa with a private swimming pool. Set in a well-kept garden, the villa offers easy access to Fontane Bianche beach, making it the ideal destination for beach lovers and families with children. The villa's offers easy access to the enchanting baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica, and Cassibile, all just a short drive away. PLEASE NOTE: Approximately 25 m from the house, there is a light railway line connecting Fontane Bianche with Siracusa. A small diesel train consisting of two wagons travels the route. The transit lasts about 8 seconds each time (from when you hear the small train arriving until you don't hear it any more) and it's approx. 7 times per day. Villa Carlina (100 sqm) is a completely fenced property which develops over one level. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, open-plan living room with a sofa, TV, and a dining table (seating up to 8). Next to the living area, there is a well-equipped kitchen area with all the mod cons and small appliances for preparing meals. The kitchen area also offers convenient access to an outdoor dining terrace. In the sleeping quarters, Villa Carlina offers three cozy double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed for a restful night's sleep. One of these bedrooms boasts the convenience of an ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Additionally, a second bathroom is available, featuring a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet for added convenience. It's worth noting that access to the double bed in one of the bedrooms is limited to one side. Outdoors, the villa boasts a terraced garden featuring small lawns and a private swimming pool with a whirlpool measuring 9 x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is available for use from April 1st to October 30th, or upon request outside of these dates. Additional outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower, outdoor toilet, comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun, a dining terrace conveniently located outside the kitchen, and a shady lounge area situated in front of the house. Guests can also enjoy a separate terrace equipped with a grill and pizza oven (wood at an extra cost), and for added convenience, the property offers a private parking area (for up to 3 cars) and an electric gate for convenient entry and exit.
