The Space: This waterfront home located in Granite Shoals, sleeps 18 guests amongst the 5 bedrooms and has plenty of parking space. Downstairs entails two bedrooms. One bedroom is just off the main entrance, and we consider it the downstairs master suite. There is a king bed and an attached newly built bathroom with 2 sinks and a beautiful combo tub/shower. The second bedroom is just off the game room and includes 5 twin XL beds with a large hall bathroom that has a walk-in shower; perfect for kids or adults to share. Upstairs you will find the remaining three guest rooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen into dining and living room. The first bedroom is an upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and twin bed with an en-suite master bathroom. This bathroom includes two sinks, a soaking tub along with a walk-in shower. Head down the hall to the second upstairs bedroom furnished with a king bed. Step into the vibrant bunk room adorned with beautiful art and includes two sets of bunk beds. One is a twin over twin bed and the second is full over full. Every night becomes a delightful slumber party in this enchanting space. A large hall bathroom with separate shower/toilet area is next to the bunk room and guest king bedroom. Step into the heart of entertainment with a dedicated game room, that features a pool table and arcade, while upstairs boasts a bubble hockey game, bumper pool table and a poker table. If you are bringing a boat with tower or larger boat the second hydraulic boat lift is also available. The Neighborhood: This home is located in Granite Shoals. There are several community parks and boat ramps available to use. There is also a community activity center with basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and walking trails. Getting Around: You will need a vehicle to get to this home and around to local attractions. Other Things to Note: We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be. No Pets allowed at this property. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors. There are exterior cameras located on this property. There is a ring doorbell camera and cameras down at the dock. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
