Bug bites (excluding mosquitoes). Any pest control issues. No toilet paper, no bath towel. Missing items are mentioned in the property description. Other: Unclean bedsheets, bath towels, or any other unclean items. We understand that cleanliness is subjective. We cannot address minute details, and therefore, no refunds will be made for cleanliness issues. However, we offer access to a laundry machine for re-washing. In the rare event that the house is not clean at all from the previous guest, causing booking problems, or any unusual circumstance, we will fully refund your cleaning fee.
