Welcome travellers to our beautiful apartment situated in the heart of St Pauls, a charming locality & the ideal place to test the Maltese waters! The beauty of this apartment is the stunning views of St Pauls Islands from the private terrace. With 2 bedrooms & a sofa bed, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for friends or families seeking a memorable stay! Also included is WIFI, AC and a private terrace with outdoor furniture & a fully equipped kitchen ! *****Note: Outdoor furniture included, when photos where taken, they had not arrived. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| The tastefully decorated living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the comfy sofa, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows. The living area also includes a sofa-bed which can accommodate one more guest, making sure that all linens and towels will be provided accordingly. The outdoor area offers a serene escape, enjoy the use of the private Terrace, overlooking the beautiful sea views of St Pauls and surroundings. Included are outdoor furniture for the sole use of our guests. Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and hot water kettle, stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals, allowing guests to enjoy home-cooked meals during their stay and perfect for those who prefer cooking or want to save on dining expenses. Perfect for any type of stay, long or short. Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, all of which are single beds . For over an above 5 guests, we can arrange one extra person by setting up the sofa-bed. Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms, both featuring a shower and a toilet. One of the bathrooms includes a washing machine which guests can use at their own convenience. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. Wifi and AC available. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. St. Paul's is surrounded by breathtaking coastal vistas and beautiful beaches. Take a leisurely stroll along the pristine shores, feel the sand between your toes, and soak up the Mediterranean sun. The crystal-clear waters invite you for a refreshing swim, snorkeling adventure, or even a relaxing boat trip to explore the nearby coves and caves. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the natural wonders that abound in the vicinity. Just a short distance away, you'll find scenic countryside and rolling hills dotted with charming villages. Take a leisurely hike or rent a bike to explore the tranquil surroundings, immersing yourself in the island's beauty. In terms of dining and entertainment, St. Paul's offers a variety of options. Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available. For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets. Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minuteas walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba. Very important notes before booking: 1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 2. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 3. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking: 1.
