One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music. Events for work or meetings are allowed. ○ Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ Unauthorized late check out will result in an extra night stay or additional fees. Request ahead of time, and we will try to see if possible. Otherwise, kindly please be out before 11 am. ○ Garbage/Recycling/Compost, anything in the incorrect bins, unbagged items, or overall mess after your stay will be charged $50 fine. ○ A late checkout fee will be charged for any late checkouts unless it was agreed to prior by the host and the guest. We are very reasonable with our guests, this rule is to enforce blatant disrespect of our checkout times. Every 30 minutes will result in a $30 charge. If the guests are still in the unit 4 hours past checkout you will be charged an additional night's stay at the rate you booked in.
