Located in the Marina district of downtown, one of the most desirable location in the city, our condo is within walking distance, or a short scooter ride, to countless restaurants and entertainment, including Seaport Village, The Convention Center, The Marina/Pier, Little Italy, the Gaslamp District and Petco Park. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. One block from a Trolley Station - a car is rarely needed. NOTE: We are updating the living room furniture (sofa bed and coffee table). Photos showing the new furniture will be added soon. Please note that we can't guarantee the availability and operation of the building amenities during your stay since we are not notified of HOA maintenance/closures. This is a quiet and peaceful building, our neighbors enjoy it that way and we ask that our guests are respectful of the full time residents and do their best to contribute to the relaxing ambiance of the outdoor and indoor space. *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). Guests will be provided the HOA's Rules and Regulations. Guests are responsible for any fines received by host or owner if the HOA's Rules and Regulations are not followed. By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Definitions: "My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable. No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am - Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb. - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time. - Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in. - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. - Absolutely no parties or loud music. - This is a NON-SMOKING property. - NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately. Welcome and thank you for booking your Vacation Rental through Air Concierge. This Agreement requires claims to be resolved through Arbitration (Section 17). This Agreement contains a Jury Trial wavier and a Class action waiver (Section 19).
