Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Close to Washington DC, driveway parking and private entrance. It is right near the Beltway and Connecticut Ave. Entrance is from rear of the home down a flight of stairs. The space Includes one bedroom and one multi purpose room with a living room area, bar/kitchenette, dining, area, and dedicated workspace. Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to the entire basement apartment. Entrance is through the laundry room which is used by housekeeping. You can request permission to use the washer/dryer for longer stays.
