The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Parking: - Metered street parking is available directly outside the building on Division St - Free street parking is occasionally available on Leavitt - Additional street parking is often available on Haddon Ave but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year - We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. The sticker will be mailed to the building and typically arrives in 1-2 weeks.
