Refund will not be issued** • Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision. • Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. *There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more. *Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date. *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control.
