The Space: This two-storey home is the epitome of a holiday home, with delightful views, plenty of space to move around, and only minutes away from Malua Beach. Accommodating up to ten guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is the perfect getaway home for friends and family to make treasured memories on the delightful South Coast of New South Wales. With multiple living areas, there’s plenty of space for everyone to break away and have a moment to themselves, whether it be soaking up the sunlight in the sunroom or enjoying the views from the living and rumpus rooms. Stunning views abound from every window, with vistas overlooking Malua Beach on one side and foliage on the other. Whether it’s sitting out on the balcony with a cup of tea or enjoying an afternoon drink with family and friends in the backyard, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a comfortable spot to kick back and relax. Inside, the light-filled living room offers an inspiring vibe and is the perfect spot to finish your holiday read. There is a delightful outlook through expansive North facing windows to the ocean, with views spanning across treetops and mountains. This view can also be enjoyed from the spacious balcony which wraps around the building. Chefs of any skill level are sure to delight in the modern kitchen featuring a butler’s pantry. This light-filled room is spacious and is outfitted with top-of-the-line features, so whether your dinner is a five-course gourmet meal or a cup of two minute noodles, you’ll have everything you need within arm’s reach. Also, do not forget the availability of the barbecue grill. Carefully and tastefully designed with all the inclusions you could possibly need, such as partial air conditioning, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as free parking on the premises, this is the perfect base for any holiday adventure. We have thought of recreation for the family by placing cruising bikes, beach trolley, a few toys, & chalk to use. Please make sure it’s all placed back in the locked garage for the next guests. This region is home to a variety of coastal towns, and around every corner you’ll find small spatterings of friendly communities. Whether you want to head into the lively Batemans Bay, walk down the main street of the beloved Mogo, enjoy the handmade goodies at Bodalla, or explore the hundreds of beaches along the South Coast, Eurobodalla is the best place for a coastal getaway. Explore the mural trail and sculpture walk, an easy 1.5km seaside trail that encompasses some gorgeous street art and unique sculptures from local artists, as well as stunning bayside vistas. While you’re here, head to Observation Point or Holmes Lookout, offering stunning views of the bay. Clear azure water and stunning native birds and foliage are boundless, so make sure you snap some photos to share the beauty of this area with your loved ones back home. When you're ready to take a break from the stunning beaches you can opt to canoe or walk around Durras lake instead. Seeking some adrenaline? Head to Corrigans beach and go kitesurfing or jet-skiing while enjoying the beautiful outlook of this area. If that’s not your speed, Corrigan’s Beach is still stunning, whether you want to swim, surf, fish, or create sandcastles. With plenty of sand and safe waters, Corrigan's Beach is definitely a hit among the locals. Once you’ve finished up at Corrigan’s Beach for the day, make sure you hop on the Merinda Cruise for a relaxing and informative tour of the Clyde River. With fresh fish, chips, and salad and plenty of interesting information to devour, this is an excellent way to get familiar with the area. The twilight seafood dinner cruises, featuring their famous fresh local delicacies, are a must do whilst visiting the beautiful Eurobodalla Coast. Once you’ve had a long day of exploring, make sure to take advantage of some of the best eateries in NSW. The Innes Boat Shed is famous among locals and tourists alike for their star-quality fish and chips. If you’re a fan of seafood, make sure you also check out Stingray Ocean and Grill, as well as The Sandbar. In the home of world-class seafood, these restaurants have fresh fish daily. For the best ginger beer in town (or possibly NSW), make sure you head to Starfish. Finally, if you’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth, make sure you head over to GJ’s Bay Cafe and Grill - these pancakes are famous far and wide, with some tourists travelling hundreds of kilometres to enjoy them, Snapper island is a stone throw from Corrigans beach and, like the larger Tollgate Islands beyond, is a protected reserve home to vulnerable birdlife. A fantastic view over the whole bay can be captured from Holmes lookout, in the Clyde River National Park. There are so many things to do in Batemans Bay, you are spoilt for choice! Getting Around: There is limited public transport in the Eurobodalla shire, so it’s recommended guests have their own transport. There is free parking on the premises and the street.
