Island Pointe Resort is a mixed-use property consisting of vacation rentals, residents, and second homes. PETS: No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises or in any unit. Fire: No campfires, no charcoal, and no fireworks are allowed on Island Pointe Resort. No Smoking in units. Firearms: No firearms are allowed on the property. Boats: No boat or watercrafts are allowed in the swimming areas. Guests will park the trailers in our secured lot across Canyon Rd. Trash: Garbage and Recyles must be disposed of into proper dumpsters Parking: Park in desginated blacktop parking areas or between the pine trees. No motor vehicles are to be driven on the property. Property Equipment at Island Pointe Resort: Please refrain from removing the chairs from the clubhouse, beach or pool areas. Pool: Parents must accompany children. Babies must wear swim diapers. You swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Glass is not allowed in the fenced pool area.
