There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) feature plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms both with showers (and 1 with bath), toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Situated on a quiet road in central Newbury, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The main shopping district including high street stores, Newbury Market (Thursdays and Saturdays), 2x cinemas, the Corn Exchange Theatre and West Berkshire Museum are all within a short walking distance. There is a large Waitrose supermarket for your groceries just 5 minutes walk away, and Newbury Train station is less than 15 mins away on foot. From here you can catch a direct train to London Paddington in 40 minutes. Getting Around: You will be within walking distance of most shops, bars, restaurants and cafes and also a large supermarket. The Train Station is just a 15 minute walk away, or around a short taxi ride. Regular trains depart to London Paddington and take just 40 minutes. Trains to Reading take just 20 minutes. Other Things to Note: If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
