It has a full equipped kitchen and a living room with terrace. Some works are being carried out near the apartment, it is possible that there may be noise between 9 and 18.00. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. The location is very convenient to reach every major sight in Barcelona such as Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, Plaça Catalunya and Les Rambles. Coming back to the flat, it can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for business travelers, students, families or friends. The Living room provides a perfect space to relax and unwind. TV has access to a huge range of channels, even though with all the exciting activities in Barcelona, I highly doubt that you will find time to watch TV during your stay. Kitchen is in a separated area and has everything you’ll need: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a Nespresso machine. And also many basic products: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar... We do want to make sure everything is perfect for your stay in Barcelona! The bathroom has a spacious shower, perfect to relax yourself and re-charge for a full day of explorations. So no need to worry about bringing any of that with you. ----- SPECIAL HYGIENIC PROTOCOL----- Cleaning the apartment has always been one of my biggest concerns when I receive new guests, however, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have considered that the cleaning process needs to be modified and the flat must not just be cleaned, but also disinfected as much as possible. For this, after each reservation the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by professional staff, following the cleaning recommendations of the government and international institutions, like the World Health Organization. All the maneuvers are carried out with disposable masks and gloves, while the apartment is in constant ventilation. In addition, we are using special cleaning and disinfection products following the UNE-EN 1447 standard, both on surfaces (doorknobs, switches, tables, among others) as well as textiles (cushions, curtains and carpets, for example) and using them according to their instructions, taking the time that is required for each one for an optimal result. Sheets and towels are washed and disinfected in a professional laundry service, where they are exposed to high temperatures, eliminating any possibility of viruses. Beside this new cleaning and disinfection protocol, we are leaving at the apartment special disinfection products for you, in the case you want to re-make the process once you arrive. Along with this, you will have hydroalcoholic hands gel at your disposal. Consequently, we have also adapted our check-in protocol. A friend will welcome you at the entrance of the building, he will wear a mask and keep the security distance (1.5 m) throughout the process. We guarantee that it will be fast and contactless. Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles. Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona. Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request. There is a € 5 management fee.
