We stayed for a week at the property as a family of 6 and we had the most wonderful time. The property was clean and fully stocked with all you could need - plenty of towels, books, games, tennis racquets, even a selection of hats! The rooms were a good size and the beds were so comfy. The outdoor space was fantastic. Sitting out in the back door, just a few steps from the pool and pool bar, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The area around the golf village was also lovely. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and easy enough to get taxis to and from Albufeira. Nette the host was easy to contact with any queries and always responded promptly. All in all, a fantastic stay from start to finish! Thank you!

Spacious, clean, great location (steps away from pool), with ALL a family needs in the villa (linen, towels, kitchen/bathroom essentials, games, multi channel TV etc). Sometimes you rent a property but you need to get to local shop first for basics. No need in the case as Nette had arranged all of it in advance. Makes such a big difference to a holiday. Good air conditioning in bedrooms + ceiling fans. Additional portable fans for sitting room. Very comfortable and plenty of outdoor seating /loungers in gorgeous garden. A real gem. I would definitely return and highly. recommend the villa. Thank you Nette.

Excellent location with the garden next to the swimmingpool. Very cleaned and you can find whatever you need for cleaning, cooking or even toys for children in.

Nous allons dans ce complexe depuis 4 années car nos enfants nous le demandent tous les ans, cette maison pour la première fois que nous recommandons vivement. En effet, lors de notre séjour dans cette maison nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants qui est totalement adaptée dans un cadre familiale: tout y est piscine, plage à proximité, jeux de sociétés ..., en face du parc pour les enfants. Nous avons passés un exceptionnel séjour, merci à notre hôte qui est des plus agréable. Au plaisir et à très bientôt

The whole family (wife and 3 young children) really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, 30yds from main pool, snack bar and park. The accommodation is great, lots of room, good sized bedroom and bathrooms with loads of games to keep the kids happy. We will be returning!

We have stayed at the resort several times and love it perfect for our1 year old and teenage boys so much space for her to play and the apartment had everything we needed would recommend this apartment to anyone and stay again loved it Daniel and Kelly August 2019

We highly recomment this lovely accomodation. This was the first time after having 2 children (3yrs and 5yrs) that vacation really felt like vacation again.

Villa 336 was fab, it was like home from home everything you needed was there,would highly recommend staying here , owner nette , was excellent with corospondense, I would definitely book again!!!

We have been to Balaia many times and love the complex - chose this villa as we were travelling with octogenarian parents and adult children - fabulous location a few steps from the pool and lovely private garden. Very well equipped

Stayed at this lovely villa at the end of June. Two adults and two teens. From the outset, Nette was polite and prompt with all correspondence. The villa felt more like a home than a holiday rental. The kitchen had everything you could wish for including things like foil, cling film, spices and a cracking four slice toaster. What I also liked was that beer and crisps (unopened) that were left by the previous renters were still there for us. Just what I needed after a flight and drive! The bedrooms were lovely. Beds were soooo soft. My only observation and is in no way a moan, was that the en suite has the two single beds in rather than the double bed. Been a while since I slept in a single bed. The wife was happy not to have to put up with my tossing and turning!! The a/c was lovely to have in the rooms as well. Showers were lovely with good pressure. An abundance of towels for sun bathing, beach and for showering was also appreciated. We spent our time on the back patio area with our own cushioned sun loungers. With us not having young kids to keep an eye on whilst swimming this worked perfectly for us. I counted, 27 steps from the edge of the grass to the pool. Lovely!! The sun is on the rear lawn from 0800-1800, even that's enough for my sun worshipping wife! Loungers around the pool were available most of the days whilst we were there. UK TV stations available if you fancy a catch up of your soaps before you go out or some late night viewing when you come back from eating. We went to a few beaches whilst we were there. Falesia was our favourite. Breathtaking views and some great waves to muck around into just a five min drive away. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance or a short trip to Albufeira. The ONLY feedback I would give to Nette that I feel could improve the stay is I'd like to see a couple of golf clubs in the villa. There is a driving range within the complex and, although you can get a bucket of balls for €2 they want to charge you €10 per club to hire. I feel bad suggesting it as the villa has pretty much everything else there!! All in all we all had a fabulous time, villa was perfect in every way and I would not hesittate to stay there again, in fact we're looking at it for next year already. Prepare for a booking Nette!!

Overall experience was fantastic and we will definitely be returning. This was our first family holiday with two young children, the villa and location were perfect. The pool is only meters away from the villa and a lovely beach is within 15 mins walk with a buggy. The villa is very spacious, has everything you need from towels, beach toys and books. The owner provided us with a taxi number, who we used and were excellent. Overall a fantastic family holiday.

This was our fourth stay at Balaia and this villa is the main reason we keep coming back. With the pool a few steps away from the rear terrace, the ability to drift between the pool and the villa is very convenient - no long treks for drinks/nibbles/towels/toilets or Sangria. The resort itself is well maintained and there are plenty of other pools to seek out and the children always enjoy the adventure of finding all the pools within the resort. A short (15-20 mins) walk takes you to the nearby beach and although this can be crowded at times, nothing beats sundowners by the sea. There are many other attractions a little further afield, but you can consult Trip Advisor for that! The villa is very well appointed, clean and well maintained with the added benefit of air-con in the bedrooms. The WiFi was extremely useful for when we had run out of energy for being good parents and caved into to various iPAD and tablet requests. All the other facilities work well and having a dishwasher and washing machine reduces time spent inside! Overall this is a brilliant villa for a family holiday with all the facilities that you need to make life comfortable whilst enjoying the outdoor life.

Our first stay at Balaia Golf in the Algarve. We loved it. The villa is amazing, as discribed by the owner. Air con in all three bedrooms which was a good thing has the tempeture was in the high 30's when we were there early September. One of the six pools onsite is just a stones through away from the villa which for us was great,. We could either sit around the pool or outside the villa and still have a view of the swimming pool. My two teenage sons played golf at Balaia, they loved it. Fabulous Beach nearby with-in walking distance. We decided not to rent a car and found public transportation taxi and buses to be convenient and reasonable priced. Balaia Golf grounds and pools immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. All I can say is that my family and I had a great vacation and the villa lived up to expectations. Would definitely book this villa again if we were to return to Balaia Golf.
