This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is a few blocks away from the bus and train into Manhattan where you will be in the heart of Times Square in 20 minutes. The location couldn't be better with numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and various other stores within a walk-able distance. The night-life in Hoboken on the weekends is a must. This apartment sleeps 5 people comfortably. The space is great for work from home or those taking summer classes! Each bedroom is equipped with 2 desks and the apartment has speedy 1 Gig wifi. The open kitchen and living space is perfect for guests who love to cook and hang out together! Guests are also welcome to use the building’s shared courtyard with picnic tables and benches for when the weather is too beautiful to pass up. Recently renovated! The apartment has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms and lots of natural sunlight. There is a small balcony that provides views of the courtyard below. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves! There is a shared laundry room with free washers and dryers on the 1st floor of the building. Guests may also use the shared building courtyard. Hoboken is a charming one square mile, making everything walkable! The Hoboken Light Rail train is a short 2 block walk away from the apartment. It stops along other points in Hoboken and Jersey City for further exploring and is a quick ride to the Path train to NYC! ShopRite, Hoboken’s largest grocery store, is also only two blocks from the apartment for convenient food shopping. As Mutz capital of the US, you do not want to miss out on the plethora of Italian eateries throughout Hoboken – everything from old school delis to fine dining. Many of Hoboken’s restaurants and shops can be found on Washington Street, an 8 minute walk from the apartment. Light Rail Train, Path Train to NYC, NJ Transit Train Lines, Bus Routes to NYC, Ferry to NYC The King bed will be made up of two Twin XL beds and a mattress topper. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, Cigars, incense, other tobacco products and any other illicit substances. There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.
