Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom short-term rental located near Poplar Point. This fully stocked home boasts water views from every room and a beautiful outdoor kitchen perfect for grilling up your favorite meals. Situated by the water, you can relax by the wood-burning outdoor fire pit surrounded by ample seating and lounge chairs, all within our serene and well-maintained yard. Enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors in this inviting retreat. **PLEASE NOTE** There is only enough room to park three vehicles. The only three parking spaces that we have are in the designated parking area pulled up close to the fence. Street parking is not permitted. There is one bedroom with a king sized bed and one full bathroom on the main level. The other two bedrooms are up a flight of stairs and have queen sized beds. Please use extra care when going up and down all stairs. When going to the seawall/beach level of the property, this is a PUBLIC walkway-there are NO safety railings along sidewalk or going down to the beach. The stairs to the beach can be slippery due to seaweed or other ocean algae. Th public sidewalk cannot be blocked with kayaks or other items. Please use extra caution when walking around. Close front gate(s) when entering or leaving the property. Take care not to hit cedar posts or copper downspouts when carrying items around the property as they dent easily. If extra boats, kayaks or other larger water sport items are brought to the property, they must be kept in the garage or at driveway, and put in the water at the end of Newport Ave, at the Poplar Point neighborhood beach Cornhole is in the garage. It has to be taken off of the grass at night due to irrigation system watering the grass and plants in the morning. It shouldn’t be left out in the rain. Landscape lighting is on a timer and will go on and off on its own. Umbrellas must be put down each night, and tied if it’s windy or you're leaving the property. The umbrellas will break in high winds. Chaise lounge cushion covers are kept under lower staircase at lower patio. Please cover the cushions if it’s going to rain. They can be damp in the morning if not covered at night. Other cushions on the property can be stacked under the overhang on chairs or bench, so they’re not soaked when you want to use again. Most items for outdoor dining and serving are kept at the outdoor kitchen & grill area. When closing the upstairs blinds, you must pull the bottom of the blind away from the window or they will get stuck and broken. You can message me on the app or text me at anytime. If it's during the night, I may not receive it until the morning. If it's a true emergency, please call 911. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. Guests will gain access to the property with their unique code to a Schlage Smart Lock. They will also be given instructions on how to disengage the home alarm system. This gorgeous home has three generous size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. With a large galley kitchen, dining room, and living room, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Step outside to a beautiful outdoor kitchen and several different places to sit and eat or lay out in the sun. The home itself is in a location where many guests will want to walk to other locations. However, if you can't walk everything is drivable or you can take an Uber or Lyft.
