About this house rental

This very clean and organized townhome is ready for you and your family to unpack and make some island memories together. The front pool (one of two pools) is an easy walk out your front door and there is a cool shady area out the back door to gather, enjoy a meal or just sit and read. The complex also has tennis/pickleball courts, a stocked fishing pond, lots of shady areas to sit and relax. Easy walk to the village area of St. Simons too. On that walk down the bike paths you will pass a big playground, baseball fields, dog parks, pickleball and tennis courts. At the end of our street which is about 8 blocks from the complex are many great family style restaurants to choose from and the heart of the island, the pier and lighthouse. There is a large grocery store approximately 1 mile away, another nearly 3 miles away. Many other great restaurants in between. If you like the larger type store walmart and sams club are on the mainland and about a 20 minute drive from the island. Jekyll Island is also about 20 minutes drive from St. Simons. Lots of history to explore, great beaches and bike paths over there too. SIMPLE HOUSE RULES Below is a list of important details on our property to know during your stay. Have fun! Smoking is NOT permitted inside of the townhome. If you must, smoke outside (w/ slider closer) and dispose of butts, etc. regularly. Pets - Renters who wish to bring their pets must obtain our approval prior to their visit. If allowed, we prefer pets to remain downstairs. All renters must clean-up pet waste outside. No jumping on the beds or furniture. No feet on the furniture, please. The upstairs bunk bed may be used only by persons weighing less than 165 pounds. Garbage and recycling should be removed daily and placed in trash dumpster near Building “H”. Ocean Walk amenities are permitted to rental guests during their stay: Be sure to adhere to all posted rules while enjoying use of these amenities. Please leave the townhome the way you found it and kindly replace any consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) to the amount that were provided upon your arrival. Keep screen sliding door closed to avoid little critters (geckos) from wandering inside. Living room light switch (it has gray tape on it) needs to remain “on” as it powers WiFi, TV, etc. We hope that you enjoy your stay and if you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out via text or phone.
