A charming (1400 sq ft) 2 BR, 2 BA, and 1 Sunroom Home, located in Graham, NC. There is natural light throughout the house. There is a huge fenced in yard for dogs to play, and dog friendly windows and doors. There is plenty to do and see in Graham and neighboring cities. Whether it is a Small City Charm or a Bustling City you're looking for, you will find it here. Located two miles from I-85 makes it easy access to surrounding attractions. The front yard porch is covered and has a sitting bench and bistro set to enjoy your mornings outside. If you would like more privacy, the covered breezeway (side of the house) has ample seating, that includes a ceiling fan. The Master bedroom is spacious with a cathedral ceiling. and has a en suite. It also has TV for your convenience. The bathroom provides double sinks, large tub, shower, and hair dryer. Extra towels are located in the bedroom closets. The Guest BR has a TV, Games/puzzles are also located in the Guest BR closet. The Sunroom is a relaxing place to be. Whether you want to sit and enjoy the Sun coming through the large window, listen to music, or enjoy the artwork that is displayed. The Sunroom can also be used for Yoga, Meditation, or a Work Project. The Sunroom has a large desk with two chairs. There are Yoga mats located in the Sunroom as well. The LR has a cathedral ceiling with a fan. There is a reclining leather sofa and two reading chairs with ottomans, a 65-inch TV, and a wireless speaker system. The fully equipped Kitchen comes with a Keurig, (enjoy some coffee) toaster, blender, dishware, silver ware, stove/refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is an ice maker and pantry for your convenience. There is a W/D in the hallway and an iron/ironing board in the Guest Room. Check out the website; visitalamance.com for nearby attractions. Burlington, Greensboro, Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Winston Salem are just a quick drive away if you prefer the big city atmosphere.

Cozy home in a great location. Beautifully decorated and the beds were comfy. Perfect for our family and our pets. Our fur babies loved the large fenced in yard and the pet door.

We had a very nice time staying here and the house was wonderful. The Christmas decorations were still in place and it was like being in a Hallmark Christmas card. Very nice location , quiet neighborhood not too far from my daughters place. Our dog really enjoyed the large fenced in yard. The beds were so very comfortable. We’ll stay here on our next stop in NC!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great neighborhood, very clean and had a fenced in yard for our 2 4-legged kids. We definitely recommend staying here if your in the area.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a wedding in the Burlington area. This home was the perfect answer to our needs. Very nice, comfortable and clean. The home is a three-bedroom house; however, one of the bedrooms is being used as a home office, which my wife made good use of for last minute wedding preparations. The two remaining bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. The house also had two full baths.
The property is handled by the owner’s daughter, Karen. Both Karen and her mom, Nancy, were very communicative and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great hosts.
Many of the other reviews talked about how quaint the nearby downtown area of Graham is, so my wife and I took a drive thru to check it out. Very cute, historic buildings and homes. I wish we had more time to explore. Perhaps next visit.
If you’re looking to stay in the area I would strongly suggest this home over nearby hotels. It is a significantly better option.

House was perfect for our family get together while hubby played a softball tournament. The house is a perfect size , clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get too, and everything you need nearby.
Graham has a nice little down town. We found good restaurants and ice cream too.

My husband and I, my two daughters 11,8 years and dog stayed it was amazing the house so clean my first time ever renting a house and it was amazing awesome back for my dog and they left treats for him. Very welcoming and easy communication. If I come back to North Carolina I will be for sure seeing if this house is available. Thank you guys so much. Xoxox

Such a great experience! Sweet house with such attention to detail and comfort nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and 5-10 minute drive to everything you need. Wifi is fast. The host, Nancy was very attentive. We highly recommend staying here. Also it was a perfect stay with out pup.

We were visiting for Elon's Parent's Weekend, and
this property, by far, was the best VRBO we've stayed in! The property was incredibly clean and so open and roomy. It suited our needs perfectly.
Karen was fantastic - she was so helpful throughout our stay and was so quick to respond.
The location is convenient to shops and restaurants.
We were there as Hurricane Ian was making its way into NC so we ended up spending more time at the rental than originally expected, but no complaints here - we had everything we needed.
We will definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great property while visiting family in the area. The house was in a great, quiet, and very well kept neighborhood. It is very clean and nicely furnished with comfortable and relaxing places to sit both inside and out. We loved sitting with a cup of coffee under the covered deck area listening to the birds. The back yard is beautifully landscaped. The bedrooms are very comfortable with a spacious master bathroom. The checking and checkout process were easy and smooth. We will definitely be looking to stay in this house when we return to visit again. Highly recommend it.

So comfy and wonderful! We have been traveling while we move: sell our place, find a new house and wait until closing so we have had our share of the good and the bad! This was a welcome reprieve, a place to settle in comfortably. Everything is exactly where you expect it to be, andthere are more than enough cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. And as someone mentioned, this is someone's home, not an investor property so it is much more 'lived in' - in the best way possible. Close to Greensboro and Durham with some excellent food choices (and a great donut place down the road - I will be back just for those!) Our two pups loved the backyard and we loved the safety of the neighbourhood. Perfect little gem!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we felt we were at home! That's in large part due to the fact we were staying in the host's home, not some investment property.
The house is beautiful, comfortable and beyond clean.
Wonderful double reclining couch to relax on while watching the huge TV. Comfortable beds, pillows, sheets and plentiful towels.
Karen is a thoughtful host with prompt and friendly communications. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to stay in her home.

The accommodations were more than enough for myself, my friend and our pups. Nancy was very responsive when communicating and very sweet! Upon arrival we had treats for the pups to enjoy. Great host, great outdoor space and just perfectly situated near the really cute and quaint Graham city center. We would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely come stay again.

We stayed at this property while visiting family nearby. It was exactly as described, maybe a little better. Perfect for my family including 4-legged ones. Huge fenced in backyard was better than described. Spacious, clean, with all amenities needed for a comfy stay. We cooked breakfast every morning and had everything we needed. Went out at night or easily had items delivered. Will be back!
