The lake is only a short 3 minute drive away, and town centre is at most a 7 minute drive. The house itself boasts a large modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge plus additional smaller lounge/sitting area and dining area. There is a heat-pump, underfloor heating (in the kitchen) and a pellet fire to keep you toasty during the winter months. During the warmer months, make use of the air-conditioning unit on the downstairs level of the house and the ceiling fan upstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and a small private balcony where, on a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the snowy mountains. No hidden costs – Bedding, towels, wifi, and exit clean are all included in your nightly rate. Bedding configuration is 1x Super King, 1x Queen, 1x Bunk (Single over Queen), 1x Queen, 2x Sofa beds.
