Good open driveway with plenty of room for whiffle ball, bike riding, hanging out, and parking for RV or boat. Home is set up for families or multiple families. The basement is large and semi finished (finished floors, concrete walls) - perfect to put a bunch of kids for movies, karaoke or whatever kids do when they are not in the living room where the adults are relaxing. Other things to note No smoking within 20 feet of the home. No parties or events. Please respect the home, keep it clean, and no smoking inside. Please not pets as the owners children are very allergic.
