This lovely villa is located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your stay in this four-bedroom home with two sitting areas, for those who like to read while others enjoy some TV. Entering the home to the left is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. A large walk-in shower and spa tub complete this bath. The open floor plan enables views of the pool and private backyard from both sitting areas and the kitchen. Furnished with comfortable sofas perfect for lounging after a game of golf or shopping. Snack at the kitchen bar area or dining table that is just off the kitchen. Behind the kitchen are the three guest bedrooms which consist of a queen suite with shower room that is also used as the pool bath. Twin bedrooms brightly decorated share a hall bathroom with shower and tub. Swimming and games are a must in this oversized very private pool! Its large rectangular shape leaves plenty of room for all to enjoy the afternoon sunshine here in Florida. Grilling is the answer for dinner, with lots of room to dine outside on the screened lanai. The property is tired, we had to request attention regarding the pool filtration not working adequately. This was immediately addressed to our satisfaction. As were one or two other issues we had to raise including a broken microwave door a non working waste disposal unit and no bbq gas. The property does require upgrading in many areas

The house was definitely roomy enough for seven people. The location was great and convenient to get to Venice. The pool was definitely a plus in the warm weather. The kitchen had all the necessities and grill outside. Better beach chairs could be a plus. We would recommend the house to others and rent again.

Very good experience. Only negative comments would be not enough TVs, need more pots and pans, pool guy never came to clean.

First the good things...the layout of the house is good and the pool is nice. Overall, the furnishings are very tired and worn. The beach umbrellas were lacking pieces, the kitchen supplies were the bare minimum, and only having one travel size bar of soap per bathroom was unacceptable. The house needs to be completely refurnished and given a good solid cleaning. I wish VRBO had a standardized list of supplies so one could know what to expect and not have to run right back out and get things. It also would have been helpful to have a list of nearby beaches in the house. I wouldn't stay again, but maybe it's fine for a bachelor party or something like that.

Our second time renting this house and we just love it! Plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen for cooking family meals, a lovely pool for afternoon fun, and less than one mile to manasota beach that is loaded with sharks teeth! We spent our mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool, and evenings watching the sunsets! The house is clean and A/C is cold! Travelled to nearby Dearborn street for lunch and also to englewood beach to the Sandbar for food drinks and live music. This location is a hidden gem and this house is absolutely perfect. Leslie Hare, the property manager is accommodating and helpful! We will be back next year! 5 star! We all loved it! BTW, there were 5 adults and 2 children!

The property was ideal for my large family highlight a hectic week at the theme parks. Everyone loved the pool, which was the highlight of our stay. Plenty of space for people to do their own thing too. Close to some lovely beaches when we bothered to venture out!

We loved staying at thIs home! Perfect for all our needs! We were in town for our son's wedding and had a friend of ours, as well as our mother-in-law, staying with us. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the home also had lots of great areas for relaxing, visiting, and playing games. The open concept was really a plus! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals as we liked. . Although we did not have time to use the pool and outdoor areas, they looked very inviting. We would love to come back to the area and would be very happy to stay here again! We did get a chance to drive to the beach for a quick view of the beautiful sunrise before we left.....nice that it is so close. Lesley was an excellent host. She was very accomodating with any special needs that we had, and I found her a pleasure to work with! Communication was great!

Perfect vacation house that had everything we needed! Found about 100 fossilized shark teeth on the beach which was very cool! They let us check in early and leave late to accommodate our flight schedule! Highly recommended!!

Just what our party of 7 was looking for! Close to beaches and a very private property. Stores are just a short drive! The pool was a great size for all of us. My husband and I are talking about booking the same house next year! We had an amazing time!
