Summary: This is a lovely 3 bed 2.5 bath house located on one acre of land. This is a completely non-smoking property. So there is no smoking inside or outside. The home is located about 6 minutes away from Glenn Brooke with Kroger, Target, Kohl's, and other shopping. 3 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay. Indian Lake is about 8 minutes away with a ton of food choices there. The back of the garage is also rented on short term rentals. The building is completely detached and separate from the house. one king bed is upstairs (the room with a single bed in it) The Space: The detached garage is rented out as well. This is a completely different area that won't effect your stay at all. They do park in the same driveway. Guest Access: Guest get to use all the facilities including the yard. Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur.
