The staff were excellent, especially Ianoa.

Small room. Unless folding shower door is closed at the perfect angle, water leaks all over the bathroom floor.

I had one issue but was resolved. I had paid for breakfast at front desk in the morning but later got charged again as not paid. a message left resolved the problem and refunded to me.

Comfy bed

Room had very little window facing a comunal patio area, nothing like the pictures when booking. No light or air at all in the room. Aircon not working at all. Comunal areas on the second floor very dirty.

The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and well taken care of. I would say that the price-quality relation is really good 👍

The Internet connection was very slow and maybe I'd add an extra chair to double rooms, just so both people have a place to sit.

The location of the hotel is in a very good spot with a great scenic view. Hotel is very clean and neat. It has a wonderful place for people to eat, especially in the morning with good food. The price was very good and I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Spacious, comfortable and quiet room. Perfect to rest while walking the Portuguese Camino.

Staff so friendly,room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really great. Coffee available at all times which was a great bonus.

Unfortunately we didn't get a great nights sleep due to outside noise . There was noise and people outside shouting at different stages throughout the night.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the view from my room was amazing and overlooked Vigo city and the sea. The location is very close to the train station (Vigo Urzaiz). It was just a short walk to get to Vigo City Centre. The heater worked well.

I arrived at Vigo Guixar Station, and it was a short walk to the hotel. However, it is worth noting that it is an uphill climb to get to the hotel, and with bags, it may be tough.

A no frills, clean, friendly base from which to explore Vigo. The rooms were large, well appointed, very comfortable and good value for money. Easy walking distance to the station, the hotel was ideal for an overnight stop-over.
