The apartment is located in a green area of 36,000 m2 with three communicating swimming pools, a football and beach volleyball field, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a club house dedicated to children. The residence is guarded by a caretaker and is equipped with cameras. On foot you can reach beautiful public beaches including the white beach and the fabulous port of Dusano from where public and private ferries depart to reach the famous tourist resort of Sirmione. The internationally renowned Garda Golf is less than 2 km away.
