Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, we loved it immediately. Complimentary wine and bottled water were just the finishing touches to a wonderful stay. Lastly, the value could not be overstated. Do yourself a favor, skip the chain hotels and book this apartment. Perfect for our family of four.

Einfach alles die Lage die Ausstattung alles war sehr sauber !

Modern appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Super schoon met comfortabele bedden. Alles werkt en de keuken is goed uitgerust om er een complete maaltijd te kunnen bereiden. De locatie is fantastisch! Na een paar minuten loop je het wandelgebied van het centrum in en er is een supermarkt met dagelijks vers brood om de hoek. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en de fles wijn was een leuke attentie die prima smaakte. De parkeergarage was ook prima en zeker de kleine vergoeding waard.

Het gebouw zelf is wat gedateerd en er was maar 1 lift beschikbaar omdat de andere werd gerenoveerd, maar omdat het appartement op de derde verdieping is was het ook prima met de trap bereikbaar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem verwohnten 18stöckigen Hochhaus Baujahr Anfang der 1970er. Neben dem Eingang ist eine Spielhalle, zum Innenhof liegt eine Taxizentrale, in der bis in die Nacht gearbeitet wird. Unsere Räder sollten wir mit in die Wohnung nehmen, wozu man das Fahrrad 11 Stufen bis zum Fahrstuhl hochtragen muss. (Ein zweiter Fahrstuhl ist zu klein) Das Bad ist schlecht beleuchtet, die Duschkabine ungepflegt und sehr eng. Im Wohnzimmer liegt ein schmuddeliger Ikea-Teppich, der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber. Bei höheren Temperaturen heizt sich die Wohnung sehr stark auf, da sie nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet ist. Außenjalousien gibt es nicht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden - zum ersten Mal - sehr enttäuscht. Zumindest die Bezeichnung "Delux" sollte man auf jeden Fall streichen.

Close walk to the center of town. Host very responsive. Loved having a little balcony. Greeted with a bottle of wine was a nice touch

Beautiful apartment with full kitchen. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The host provided excellent communication all throughout the booking and arrival instructions. I will say I was a little skeptical when I parked in front of a casino. The property exterior is very depressing and needs maintenance, but inside the apartment is very nice.

Two things: 1) A safety concern I have is the slippery floor in the shower. This is a potential accident and it could be prevented if the host provides some type of anti-slip surface and some handles to hold onto. 2) A minor issue but it could have been prevented. We parked the car in the basement paid parking. Keys are needed to access the location, but when we checked out we left the keys in the apartment, as the instructions and host told us to, but then we could not get into the parking area to our car. Eventually another tenant came out and we got in, but this might be a point to communicate to future guests. If I had known this I would have moved my car out before check out.

What did I like? Everything. From the warm welcome from the very helpful Mrs Mangold to the beautifully decorated, spacious apartment, with very comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the provision of tea, coffee, water etc and the secure, locked underground garage

What don't I like? Giving a good review may mean it's fully booked next time we want to stay again!
