The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We arrived late and she gave detailed instructions of where to find the keys for self check-in. The location was easy to find and easy to park on the street. She also let us check out slightly late the next morning.
Unfortunately the room was not very clean. A lot of dust on every surface.

Super nice host, highly recommended. Central, clean, awesome breakfast. Just wished the mattress was harder than the one I had, I felt like I was sinking in it, but that's a personal opinion. Otherwise don't hesitate to book her place.

One of the most friendly and helpful hosts you can find! Great breakfast service, super comfortable beds, beach umbrellas available to guests, have everything you may need.
Street can be a bit loud if you sleep with an open window, instead of using the air conditioner.

Nenna was sparkling clean, cosy and ideally-located for our stay on the Costa Smerelda, and Franca went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. From lending us a parasol for hot days on the beach to drinks and nibbles on our final night, she made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We particularly liked the communal area where we could have a snack and juice after a long day out and meet some of the other residents. Thank you, Franca! We're already planning our return.
