Really good we would definitely stay here again!

Location awesome, no need to use shuttles, ski field across road, room was complete with everything we needed, bed very comfortable, great food upstairs!

Superb

Great spacious room. Nice decor, staff were friendly. Little coffee spot out the front, and you ride straight into the slopes.

Was noisy with a lot of family and kids coming through. I didn’t mind it but something to think of during peak season.

Nicely located closed to ski school

The main bed is very comfy to sleep in, drying room is conveniently located to use as well. Lodge location is directly accessible to Burke Street runway and kids ski school, making it very relaxing to drop off/pick up/visit kids anytime you wish. Right in front the lodge also has a free village shuttle bus stop #13 to hop on/off conveniently. Another bonus is there's a small cafe selling great coffee and sausage roll right outside the lodge if you want something hot for breakfast option.

The kids trundle bed is in quite bad quality spring condition, it was set up on the floor which is not very hygienic to sleep on, we left it unused throughout the two nights stay. Would appreciate if the wall hooks are properly installed or fixed rather than dangling loosely.

Great place to stay in Mt Buller - I loved it and will be back for sure

The Shower is hard to control the temperature.

bathroom/shower was very small, but this is not a huge surprise given the type of accommodation on mountain.

Really enjoyed stay. Great snow, had 2 good days skiing. Unfortunately 3rd day canceled.

Location outstanding, none better on the mountain. Breakfast really good, great selection , well presented. Bedroom very nicely renovated and presented. Lovely clean bed linen and towels. Food in restaurant good especially compared to lots of other places on the mountain. Ski drying and storage facilities excellent. Reception and other staff friendly and helpful.

One of the waiters a bit moody. Others always pleasant.

Cosy room, great location, fantastic food and can’t wait to come back

For a continental breakfast the choice was excellent- plenty of variety

The shower was a little bit temperamental when first turned on but after a short wait plenty of hot water.

July visit

Amazing location and I loved the drying room, laundry and even the way the little kitchenette had everything needed for a meal. The place has a great vibe and cool decor. Stylish and authentic. Comfortable beds and helpful, friendly staff. Like staying at a friends house.

From the pictures I thought there would be a shared open fire we could sit by in the evening. Disappointingly there was no fire despite a blizzard, and the fireplace was situated in the bar anyway, so an expensive drink was required on the one night it was lit. The kids games room was also a disappointment. No hot chocolate or even milo for kids at breakfast or in the room? The shower was borderline dangerous with erratic hot and cold.

Perfect heating room ,Friendly helpful staff. Great location.

Very hard to contact taxi for return. I waited for almost an hour. The taxi app doesn't work and showed wrong time. the phone no answer
