Ubicación
No había lugar donde guardar la ropa Ni dónde colgar nada eso debería implementarse ya que el turismo es de playa también

The value for money, the cleanness, and how close it was to the port
We couldn´t close the window entirely, so it was a little noisy

The location was what makes this hotel awesome. It’s right in the middle of the action. Super close 2-3 minute walk to the marina. It’s surrounded by tour companies and restaurants.
the front desk was not friendly. I found him to not be helpful. We were trying our best to communicate in Spanish (we are not native Spanish speakers so we tried!!) and he kept looking at us like he couldn’t understand us and made no effort to try.
On the last night we had a different person at the front desk (a taller gentleman) and he was super helpful, friendly and smiling.
The accommodations were super basic. I would definitely pay $50-60 more a night for something a little nicer. There was also construction happening
So it took away from the atmosphere a bit. Luckily, we didn’t use the room for anything other than showers and sleeping at night so it didn’t take away from our trip. A friendlier and more helpful front desk would be nice to help maximize your time in Santa Cruz.

A lot of room, big bed, enough space in the bathroom. Very nice shower.
Bad wifi

Spacious rooms
The location is hard to find as there isn’t really a sign on it - just paper tacked to the door. It is also quite removed from the town and as a solo traveller I felt worried when I couldn’t find it on a stretch of road with no pavement. Rooms are very dated and it was very loud. There isn’t really a reception

The Wi-Fi was not very good.

close to the town centre.
because it is close to the main highway, it can be really loud ,but other than that it’s all good.

Wifi in all of the Galapagos is poor - including here.
But the place was clean - and very central
a bit noisy if you get a street facing (sea view) room.
I would recommend it.

Big rooms with AC
Central location
Staff didnt speak a word of english
No mosquito nets on the windows
A bit expensive for the quality

Location was fantastic. Filtered water, shower got hot eventually, and the bed was comfy. AC worked which was crucial to help dry things after several days of travel and many hours in the water. Quaint place with interior garden.
Water took more than 20 seconds to get hot. But it did. Cold shower is arguably nicer in the Galapagos anyway.

Great location near the waterfront and walkable to everything in town. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was nice to have. Also water bottle fill ups are a very handy amenity.
There was a lot of construction going on while we were there in January 2023 which was noisy during the day, but not too early in the morning or late at night so it wasn’t really an issue.

The hotel is right in the main street. Perfect location for everything. Across the street are many restaurants offering great deals for lunch and dinner. My room was wonderful. Very clean and had everything you need including strong air conditioning. The staff are lovely. Kind and very accommodating. Its a great price for a nice hotel.

central to everything it was a great place to stay except……
they are renovating a number of the rooms and if u are nocturnal like I am, u can forget sleeping after 7am. constant drilling electrical sawing etc till well past 5pm. it ruined the experience for me. but don’t let that out you off. they won’t be doing that forever

the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. she let me put up my Heart and Wings flag outside by the front sign.
no washing machine but th local laundry was really economical

Location was good
Noise levels early in the morning with construction noise was unacceptable.
In addition, there were no curtains in some windows limiting privacy and allowing light to enter early.
Finally, description said room was supposed to have a balcony but there wasn’t
