Central Location

The apartment is centrally located in Baveno directly across from the ferry. Easy access and good communication with agent. Kitchen stocked with basics everything you would need for a short stay. Utility room available with washing machine and other essentials. Fan and hairdryers available but neither were very strong in function. Wifi was ok. Bed was ok for 1 person.

Wifi, hairdryer and fan all need upgrade. Wifi very slow and drops out constantly. Not sure the bed would be comfortable for more than 1 person. Apartment very very hot if windows are closed really needs air conditioning in June-August. Didn’t impact my stay but as a suggestion the quilts should be replaced with duvets to upgrade apartment.

Excellent location

Wifi was very very limited. Most of the time we did non have any access to wifi. Place is very noisy at night

Excellent value in a great location. Clean with good facilities and a friendly no fuss check in.

Superb location just seconds away from the lake. With easy access to the ferry. In amongst the local shops and restaurants. The roof top terrace provides an amazing spot to eat a meal or have a drink with an epic view over the lake.

There is no Air Con. The apartment did however remain cooler with the blinds up and a fan is provided. Just be aware of this. It would be a nice to have.

Superb

Best location directly at the lake. Rooftop was great to hang out with an amazing view. Multiple great bars and restaurants within 5 min walking distance. We almost didn’t book this because of the noise complaints in some reviews. But the noise was not nearly as bad as it was described.

The only thing you have to know is that you have to bring spices. Other than that the apartment was well equipped.

Superb location, opposite the lake, well furnished and great value

The flat was spacious and nicely furnished. The best feature was the location which was right opposite the lake. Our room was on the first floor facing the lake itself.

Excellent accommodation with wonderful views

We spent six nights here and would have gladly stayed longer. We had a large room with balcony at the front with a wonderful view over Lago Maggiore. The hotel also has a roof terrace with views over the lake and the town. There's one word that describes this hotel - location! You're in the centre of Baveno just across the street from the ticket office of Navigazione Lago Maggiore and seconds away from bars and restaurants. The hotel is unmanned so you have to check in at Hotel Tre Ponti in Verbania first. This is no problem if you're coming from the north but involves a slight detour if you're coming from the south. All in all an excellent Hotel from which to explore the Lago Maggiore area and one that we have no hesitation recommending.
