Great be back

Central area handy for parking the rental car plenty spaces at back of apartment lovely big roof terrace with views overlooking everywhere. Fantastic having a washing machine in apartment got majority of washing done before I came home. Everything you could think of in apartment doesn't have air conditioning as like most apartments in Fuerteventura dont but did have 2 big stand alone fans in each of the bedrooms. A small welcome pack was also provided on our arrival which was really nice of Jose our host.Lovely pool we had it to ourselves most of the second week of our stay.As these are private/residential the security of them were really good and more peaceful I would say than going to apartments booked through a holiday company.

Small minor thing no jug to put orange juice in and a decent corkscrew but these you can sort yourself with a visit to the Lidl or the Mercado up the road

Wonderful villa, great hosts went beyond to accommodate, value for money, will return

Fabulous villa, 3 terraces and roof terrace, everything you need for a fab hol, Netflix, 10 mins easy walk to town, beach, super helpful hosts, would def recommend and look forward to returning.

Great location, Terrible customer service from the host!

The villa was excellent, slight leaks in the downstairs toilet and washer. Location is excellent and everyone on the complex is friendly.

Poor service from the advertiser, on arrival the pools on our side of the complex were out of use. We had no prior knowledge as we would have booked somewhere different as it was our first family holiday with our 3 year old son. Joses reaction was it wasnt his problem as nobody else had complained, not taking into account they may not have young children etc. Mattresses were stiff. The most important point I can't understand is a simple email in advance or apology would have been sufficient but his unapologetic poor customer service attitude needed to be highlighted for future guests!

Exceptional

The location of the apartment was great, 5 mins from bars shops either side of apartment and 10 mins to main strip. The apartment was spacious fully equipped with everything you need IE kitchen utensils,TV,fans.the complex was quite and safe and pools were lovley and clean. Added bonus of roof terrace.

There wasn't anything not to like it was brilliant.

Very good

Plenty of space, plenty of bedding well designed property. Although we never met up Jose was in contact for help assisstance fortunately we never needed anything..

My partner and I stayed App 70, early December and this property is in the wrong location for Winter sun, sun shines on roof terrace but limited hours due to lower sun and shadows created, properties over the road all day sun will choose next visit. Parking a nìghtmare, very limited, some nights could be a long walk back back to the apartment. Valuables safe would be appreciated.

Fabulous Holiday and Special Birthday Celebration For My Husband

Loved everything about this property. The property has everything you need for a short stay and even has a sea view from the rooftop terrace. Loved the fact that there was lots of outside space with the 3 terraces. The owner was very friendly, responded really quickly to any queries I had and able to give lots of advice about the local area and made recommendations. The beds were really comfy so we slept really well. Added bonus was also supplied with nice little extra touches. The area was exactly where we wanted to be next to a lovely square with shops, bars and restaurants nearby and also within short walking distance to the main town. Another plus is there is a lovely pool area with a pool for both children and adults. We had a fabulous holiday and can't fault this lovely accommodation and how helpful the owner was to us. .

Good

Resort is located in side part of the town, but close enough to center and seaside. There are two supermarket around so you don't need car to make shopping. In walking distance are few bars (one fully recommend is "Nico's" with variety of Belgium beer) and restaurants (very good Italian restaurant with the Italian chef). Rooms are clean, spacious with wall waldrobe. Kitchen was good, all the basic equipment was put in. I believe I could honestly recommend the place to stay there with family and friends.

Great apartment with fabulous views!

Lovely comfortable apartment with amazing views over to Lanzarote from the roof terrace. Well equipped apartment, good range of outdoor furniture and with a good supply of equipment, crockery, glasses, iron, etc. Nice welcome pack with washing up liquid, sponges, water, toilet rolls etc which was a nice touch. Complex is quiet, mostly residential and well maintained with a nice pool area. No aircon but 2 fans are provided. Property is a little way out from Main Street but that was fine for us, there's a few bars and restaurants close by and a supermarket just 5 mins walk away. There is a taxi rank opposite supermarket and it was only about €3 to the top of Main Street or €5 to the port area. Owner was great at keeping in touch and always responded promptly.

These aren't 'dislikes' just points to note. Property is up a couple of flights is stairs so may not suit everyone. We struggled to find the actual apartment when we arrived. (may just have been us!!) The owner provided lots of info and pictures to help us find apartment, I would just add that its up the first flight of stairs on the right as you enter the complex after picking up the keys.

The villa was very clean,spacious, light and airy. I particularly liked the roof terrace with 360 degree views and the fact that UK tv channels were available on the smart tv. The interaction with Jose was excellent throughout who was always quick to respond to any queries or questions.

Excellent accommodation, would have no hesitation in returning again.

Apartment was exactly as described. Ideal for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to town center , 30 minute walk to Port area and main square but you walk down the main strip as you get there, with numerous restaurants close by. Pool very clean and close to apartment , we stayed in No 70.

Having to bring sun beds from apartment to the pool every day.

Perfect in every way!

The property really did exceed our expectations. Everything was perfect, comfy beds, great WiFi, lots of space, 2 bath/shower rooms, washing machine, welcome pack, fab sized fridge freezer. We stayed in number 70, 20 seconds from the pool, 15 min walk into the centre, 10 mins to Campanario, 10 mins to water park (and I am a slow walker). Would 100% stay here next time we come over

Very nice clean accomodation in perfect location - quiet area of the town, but close to supermarket, coffeeshops, small restaurants and medical center. Our kids appreciated also skatepark with bowl close to the villa and lovely beach in walking distance.

Great place!

I highly recommend staying at El Sultan. We were 5 people for 3 weeks. Lots of space, clean, all equipment in working order. super fast internet, we were all able to work at the same time. Jose the owner was very helpful, he provided us with the facilities we requested before our arrival. Quiet housing estate, direct access to the swimming pool from the terrace. Shops and pubs in the vicinity. Close to the beach and city center. If we come back to Corralejo we will definitely be in the same place.

Unfrtunatelly not all the neighbours were nice. There was old british couple living by the pool causing troubles all the time. :(
