Achamos tudo ótimo.. super recomendo a hospedagem .

A lovely family-operated hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and hot shower water. We spent two nights here as part of our Machu Picchu adventure. Edith is a powerhouse, welcoming and incredibly charming. The entire staff are helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of our to-go breakfast bags (thank you!). The hotel is located along a stream and close to both the train station (down hill) and town center (up hill). I recommend skipping out on the super touristy, busy Aguas Calientes in favor of more time in Ollantaytambo. It’s a place of good energy and good people. Plus, you get to see the ruins at night under are star-packed sky! It’s magical!
All this to say, we were very happy and I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and were right along a stream with beautiful views and the stream noise at night was very soothing. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. The hotel is very close to the archaeological site and is within walking distance to everything in Ollantaytambo. The included breakfast was amazing! The WiFi was good. Edith and Lindsay were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided a laundry service (additional charge) and we got the clothes back the same day which was very helpful. They also offered to organize a private taxi back to Cusco (but we took a collectivo) and gave us good advise on sightseeing and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We got up late and they sent the breakfast to our room.
No heaters. Gotta pay extra 30 Soles for a heater. Far from the train station.

Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb and the location right next to the stream was great. Loved walking to the square on the Inca road.
Hot water pressure could use some attention

Loved staying here. It's located right next to the river, which provides a calming sound at night. The staff is the absolute best. I forgot something in my room at checkout and they met me at the train station to give it back to me.

Location. Very friendly staff and helpful. Very nice views. Listening to water in river was relaxing. Would stay there again. Besides the water situation, it was a very nice place to stay.
The water stopped working late at night each night. Last morning of staying, there was no water.

beautiful, close to everything, clean
a little too much noise, cars, people, roosters started at 3am…

This family owned establishment was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and private, but the walls were were shared with the entire residence and very thin. Though I enjoyed the community feeling and hearing the roosters crow, I was reluctant to play my own music or make noise.

Very friendly owners.
Full of dead flies everywhere in the toilet and bedroom. It was a nightmare for me. I thought I could be well rested before preparing for the Inca trail but it only gave me more stress.

The breakfast is prepared for the group, so they delivered in my table a whole breakfast with egg, tea, coffe and breads.
One of the reasons I have chosen this place it was because of the view, but they put me in a room with no view to the mountains and with the window turn to the street, because of it I heard A LOT of noise during all night long, it was awful. Furthermore, in the description they describe that there is hairdryer avaiable but there wasn't
