Los apartamentos estan genial, pero no estaria mal un cartel mas grande en la recepcion

El apartamento estaba muy bien montado, aunque no se correspondia con descripcion. Decia que teniamos 3 habitaciones, dos matrimoniales y una triple cuando en realidad eran tres dobles y un plegatin en el descansillo del ultimo piso. Movimos el plegatin a una de las dobles ya que eran 3 niños y todo listo. Estaba todo en muy buenas condiciones y muy bien equipado, volveremos seguro.

Encontrar la recepcion es todo un reto, estuvimos mas de 10 minutos dando vueltas. La chimenea es un plus, pero estaria bien que dispusieran algo de leña.

Nice place to enjoy with family

We like the space, quality, and comfort. In winter with snow that will be perfect for vacations and enjoying the sky stations near the apartment.

We missed a kit of welcome with wood to warm.

El personal muy mal

Las camas era cómodas y muy espacioso

Que no tenía ninguna vista al exterior, estaba por debajo, y en las fotos se veían todos pisos con terraza y vistas a la montaña, el personal muy mal, poco empatico y siempre se dirigían de forma muy poco amables y cuando exponíamos algún tema siempre se mostraban incrédulos, incluso haciendo sentir como si estudiemos mintiendo, nos dejaron un plano para la llegada y estaba mal indicado y no nos creían que estaba mal hecho, entre otras cosas .

Spacious apartment , full kitchen, great location. Missing a balcony/ view

Excellent location, Fully equipped kitchen, very spacious, 3 large rooms, 4 bathrooms, Helpful and accommodating front desk. comfortable beds, Place was clean. Very suitable for a large group.

Hard to find at first, no view whatsoever.. in such a scenic area, no drier- just washing machine..

Great value for money, beautiful views, but location inconvenient.

Property was clean, comfortable and beautiful however if you’re not used to people smoking inside the odour can be overwhelming if you get an apartment that was previously occupied by smokers.

The staff weren’t overly helpful and didn’t show any interest in the guests they were helping. And the location of the property to local shops/restaurants wasn’t the most convenient.

We loved Andorra and the chalet was great.

Andorra is small, the location was fine for getting around the country and entering and exiting from France. The Chalet is big and clean and we enjoyed our 2 night stay there.

A bit tricky to find at first as everything looks very similar and google maps kept taking me to the wrong place.

Try to not bump your Head

It had a good amount of space for our group of five.

The upper floor of the unit was a bit dangerous with all of the low beams. You often. hit your head. In the middle of the night you needed to be careful when getting out of bed. It would have been helpful to have a small bathroom on the kitchen / living room level.

Good

The apartment was for 8 of us and there was plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean with great showers. 4 bathrooms so good for lots of people kitchen well equipped, we cooked 4 meals.. Beds were comfortable and location was great for the gondola.

You could hear the neighbours above as ceilings so thin and the apartment, whilst nice, was below ground level so quite dark and so we didn't have one of featured balconies in the photos. Not a big deal but some lord sunlight would have been nice. Last thing is some of the bedrooms overlook the large lounge area with the thinnest of white curtains which just didn't help good sleep - we had to cover them each night with blankets etc. Other than those things we had an excellent holiday.

Good chale in beautiful area. Fireplace is awesome, 2 packs of firewood are included. You can hardly hear the neighbors. The kitchen has everything you need for 4-6 people (except salt, oil, etc.)

Kitchen appliances are quite old (fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven). No salt/oil, so you need to buy everything. Only one key from all doors to enter the territory. If you are several people, it will be difficult to enter / exit separately

Very good

Location was great. Size of property exceeded expectations and it had a cosy feel. It had good fridge/freezer and nice hob, oven and dishwasher. We would come again.

The property was starting to look tired, cupboards were old and handles came off. The soft furnishing were looking their age. Bathrooms quite dated although nice and clean. It was -12 at night and it was difficult to get the place warm. It was OK when it was not that cold outside .We liked the feel of the place but were glad our fussy friends were not with us.

Walking distance (almost flat) to the gondola and close at the rear of the complex to great bar (Dylan’s), restaurant, supermarket etc.

The reception staff were dismissive, not helpful and lacked customer service skills. They gave us incorrect Information to find the actual apartment (they obviously don’t know the complex outside of the front desk) meaning we had additional unnecessary uphill walk with luggage. They were not helpful with car parking information. Only one key was available (including electronic tag for access to complex) yet this was an apartment sized/ designed for two families. The actual apartment was large as described but basically underground with no natural lighting - the bedroom windows are internal to the lounge/ sitting room and the only window in the sitting room is frosted to an outside covered walkway. The apartment would be best suited as a good value option to a group of young people who just want a bed for the night within walking distance of the Gondola and bars rather than families who might want to spend time in the apartment.

WATCH OUT FOR PICTURES!! Pictures on the website didn’t match the actual apartment we were put in, which was really ugly, not cosy at all, cold and with squeaky floors. When approaching the staff they were extremely rude, especially the supervisor, I don’t remember her name. She was very rude and unprofessional speaking to us and yelling from a half closed door. She said “if you have a problem you have to deal with booking yourselves”. Shocking and disgraceful!!

Nice place, but appartement cosy, but kitchen and internet not at the right level

i like the spirit of the chalet/ residence. but the problem was the quality of kitchen ustensil and also the fridge. the internet is TOTALLY unstable and share with all the community !!!

i like the duplex style.

we were 3 families sharing 2 chalets. they are not as modern as shown but are clearly personal lets which means they do feel homely. very warm and had everything we needed. great location for the slopes

we were 3 families sharing 2 chalets. one was lovely but the other was what looked like a brand new basement. it had no hooks, rails, pictures. the radiators had masking tape around them, the bannisters were wobbly which was very dangerous and it was not as seen in these pictures whatsoever

Location is perfct but not value for money.

Location was perfect, staff were helpful.

Extremely noisy, could even hear snoring from above! chalet was poorly equiped with very basic furnishings and kitchen appliances, utensils etc. Very poor wifi.
