The city has a very pleasant climate all year round. As it is sheltered by the mountains, it has a particularly warm winter climate and 300 sunny days a year. From the property there is very easy access to public transport to the airport and to all the towns along the coast (bus & train). Nice 4.5 km, Monaco 9 km, airport 13 km.
