We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights to get a break from the big smoke. The location, as most guests would agree, is second to none. Very convenient to the foreshore and CBD. Overlooking the Beach Club was a bonus !

The view is stunning, perfect location for everything; cafes, swimming lagoon, restaurants, city, transport. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and the owners were timely with all information and quick to respond. Thank you.

This property felt like a home away from home, in a location that is ideal! Shopping food and activities right at your doorstep. The host was very friendly and the communication was really great. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when I visit Darwin :)

What an amazing stay we had in Buena Vista , 2nd time staying here , it’s location is unbeatable, hosts are amazing too we had an issue with the internet and they resolved it very quickly. Would definitely recommend a stay here , bath is very slippy be warned 😜

Great well appointed apartment overlooking harbour..had everything we needed....enjoyed balmy nights on deck. unfortunately bbq didn't work otherwise loved stay and intend returning...NB...bath slippery and would be restrictive for some climbing into for shower.

Fantastic apartment.Clean, spacious & comfortable with a lication that couldn't be better.Located above fabulous restaurants ( though surprisingly very little noise) the view of Stokes harbour "the beach" & out to sea were gorgeous as were the lights at night. Only a short walk to town & supermarkets etc.We would absolutely stay here again The only negative was the gas bottle was empty so no bbq's but a minor complaint. The location of the property is exceptional especially with a small child. The checkin details were so explicit, you couldn’t get it wrong. For a one bed apartment it was extremely spacious. Restaurants of every kind. Lagoon pool and wave pool at your door. The view to die for. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Hope to book there again.

Firstly Alvaro/landlord was amazing! I was given detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment easy to follow. When entering the apartment I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful it was. Our stay there was fantastic. Couldn’t want for anything else as the apartment had everything we needed and more. I hope to stay there again when I come to Darwin.

Apartment was just what we needed, all facilities, clean and tidy. Information prior to our visit was great. Just one thing to note, if you were not arriving by car, make sure you go to the correct apartment block - entrance next to Oyster Bar! It was in a perfect location with great restaurants nearby, and with just a short walk to the city. Waterfront is great safe place to swim -sunbathe and relax.

The unit is exactly as described and our host was extremely polite and helpful. The unit is located in the middle of the Darwin Waterfront Precinct and a short stroll through the mall to the Darwin CBD and Coles. It is an excellent location to be picked up for day trips and similar. I will certainly be back to this unit after staying in hotels in Darwin over many years. The ease of having a kitchen, laundry, ducted air conditioning, a beautiful balcony overlooking the harbour and the swimming lagoon with a Weber gas barbecue make this a superior unit to stay.
