MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA PARA CHICOS Y ADULTOS

LA AMENIDAD POR EL CUMPLEAÑOS DE MI HIJA, EL RECIBIMIENTO EN EL LOBBY GENIAL, LA HABITACION ESPACIOSA MUY BONITA Y LIMPIA, LA PISCINA MARAVILLOSA, LA PLAYA LIBRE DE SARGAZO, EL PERSONAL ESTUPENDO.

LO UNICO QUE NO HIZO LA EXPERIENCIA MARAVILLOSA FUE QUE LA PISCINA PRINCIPAL DEL PARQUE ESTABA CERRADA. REALIZAMOS RESERVA EN EL RESTAURANTE DE ASTRONAUTAS NOS DIJERON UNA HORA Y CUANDO LLEGAMOS A ESA HORA NOS DICEN QUE LA RESERVA ERA UNA HORA ANTES Y LOS NIÑOS CON HAMBRE Y EL REDTAURANTE PRINCIPAL CASI CERRANDO, SIN DUDA REGRESARIA.

Kids will have fun, but there may be other better options for all

What can I say, above all issues we encountered,our kids had fun, the room was spacious for them to play in though we would have loved for the room to be cleaner . There were two amazing team members whose names I cannot recal at this time, but we made sure to leave the feedback to the hotel directly. The ceviche on the little hidden bar behind the main pool was nice.

Cleanliness of the room, it feels as if everyone is trying to upsell you something.. the staff did not really know the times of events or entertainment pop ups, in room service was delayed for 1.5 hours and when the order arrived, they only delivered 3/7 things we ordered because they ran out ( and didnt no even call us to ask if we wanted substitutes, or mentioned this when we called to ask for an update on our order). It was raining the last day, my husband was at the front desk and asked for an umbrella and was told to go walk back by several buildings to wait for one delivered to the room ( why could they just not deliver it to the front desk?). The last day they call and ask how the stay was, we shared out feedback without any kind of reply back, and then within an hour, we had the same call from a different person but there was no communication internally to see if we had already had the call, or what our problems during the stay were.

I won’t visit this hotel again, and also I won’t recommend to anyone.

I like that the property and the rooms was very clean, and we had a lot of issues and after we argued with the hotel stuffed We’ve got assistance for the whole trip And he was the only one that’s was nice and generous.

The most important thing That we went to the specific hotel, especially for the kids experience We thought that the kids will feel the nickelodeon experience everywhere , But it wasn’t like that Everything was so bored No activities at all We download the app in order to follow the activities that dimension that will be, and it didn’t happen. And what bought me the most is that my child was waiting to meet all day paw patrol characters and the only option was to buy in money the breakfast that cost $79 per child and $89 per adult which is insane , and ridiculous. We paid so much money and I’m sure the other guest of the hotel and I don’t understand why this option not free for the whole hotel guest .

Me gustó disfrutar unos días en familia, los restaurantes muy bonitos,la comida muy rica, la cafetería y los helados fueron nuestros favoritos, el desayuno con los personajes fue espectacular para los niños, los jardines muy bien cuidados,

Es triste decirlo pero hubo varias cosas que no nos gustó las ennumerare: 1. Nunca hubo agua caliente en el hotel, ni en los baños ni una sola piscina climatizada 2. La primera noche el aire tenía un ruido tannn fuerte que no pudimos dormir, al día siguiente lo arreglaron 3. El hotel es muy bonito pero necesita mantenimiento, las puertas de los baños se atrancan y de los closets tambien 2. A la familia amiga con que viajamos le salió un gusano en el brocoli de el buffet 3. A la playa no se puede entrar por que es demasiado fuerte el oleaje 4. Hace falta más actividades para niños grandes, mis hijos de 8 y 9 no encontraron mucho para hacer, por el contrario mi hijo de 4 pago el viaje el estaba fascinado con los personajes

Las mayoría de las empleadas son grocera tratando con actitudes a los visitantes y más cuando lo veían de la misma nacionalidad como lo hicieron con migo el waterpark es solamente para niños entre 0-8 años y tampoco tienen chalecos salva vidas

It was a great experience, the staff was great and really friendly it was very inviting.

So many activities for the kids and my kids were so happy with the swim up Pool and water park.

Recomendado un excelente hotel con un buen ambiente familiar

Realmente lo negativo es que tienes que reservar ciertas actividades utilizando un concierge que le llaman y al final del día es una persona que te ayuda a reservar pero siempre y cuando accedas a participar en ofertas vacacionales del mismo hotel.....realmente decepcionante porque si no accedes a esto o todo está lleno o no te dan supuestos descuentos....deberían automatizar todo desde el app, uno va de vacaciones no a escuchar ofertas vacacionales

Not worth the money, terrible place.

The location of the property was great, it has a great beach and it’s fun for kids and adults alike.

The rooms were not clean, there was no restriction on smoking, the place was literally filled with smokers and you smell the smoke all throughout the day, for a family friendly resort,this is terrible. Staff’s are lazy and there is hardly any room service, out of the 6 times I called room service, only twice they were fulfilled the remaining times they simply said they are out of food, they don’t even call and tell you, it’s up-to you to call and find out when they were not delivered after few hrs. The food is terrible and the restaurant staffs are rude, they repurpose the food at buffet from morning, afternoon and night and it’s awful. Spend your money somewhere else and don’t get deceived by the name of family and kids friendly resort.

The reception was not great. The room was late. I ask to pay on site but the room was charged prior to my arrival. Had to ask for the manager to get a printed recipe.

La limpieza, muy buena ubicación y muy bonito

Que debe ser gratis los ver muñecos en el desayuno y no deben cobrarlo porque en realidad por ellos es que uno va y dice que es todo incluido. Pague bastante y cuando llegue me informan que se debe pagar para desayunar con ellos 🤦🏽‍♀️

Nickelodeon Punta Cana

Me gustó el Aquanick, pero esperaba más del hotel.

No me gustó que en la infraestructura está muy deteriorada en diferentes edificios, no tienen carritos suficientes para movilizar a las personas dentro del complejo, ascensores dañados y le falta más animación y lo peor de todo que me tocó escuchar los empleados quejarte del trato que reciben de sus superiores.

Atención muy irregular. Nunca rellenaban el minibar con agua, a pesar de solicitarlo en repetidas ocaciones. Falta atención y cuidado en los detalles, sobre todo en el servicio ( hay buena voluntad pero claramente no es consistente). Pasaba mucho tiempo esperando que limpiaran la mesa en el restaurante que es buffet.

Would never recommend to anyone to stay here. Really bad hotel not worth the money.

I liked the water park (although the music was incredibly loud) The interaction with the characters was nice, although we always felt rushed

1. It was incredibly dirty. Dinning room, pools and everything overall was not taken care properly. Disgusting dinning room. 2. Staff was incredibly rude all the time, we found only a couple of friendly people overall. Bad attitude, not willing to help or to bring anything to you. 3. All real interaction with characters is not included. You have to pay extra for everything. 4. The all inclusive is very misleading. I was denied a “Corona” basic beer, because I was supposed to pay extra for it. 5. Service is horrible, just a bad experience for everyone. This was general, not just a couple of random staff, but it seems is the culture of the service.

Customer service is terrible. Characters are VERY LIMITED. Only seen during paid events. Food is horrible. What 5 star resort has self-serve buffet? Only good food is at paid breakfast. All the restaurants are VERY SMALL AND BOOKED. Have to eat at buffet. Which is horrible.

There was always something to do.

The staff was welcoming, I loved the unlimited food and drinks, cleaning staff, the beauty and there was activities everyday

I didn’t like that club nick was only open from 12-2 for toddlers. They need an open play area gor Toddlers with unlimited time.
