About this condo rental
Nestled in Torrevieja, this attractive condo for $142 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. It is a fresh and very bright apartment, renovated and furnished in 2016. It is located in an urbanization 100m from the Playa de los Naúfragos (one of the best beaches in Torrevieja). It is distributed in two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with two beds and one with a double bed; a bathroom with a large shower; bright living room with kitchenette; and a large terrace overlooking the pool and from which you can see the beach. It is well equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning and heating equipment (as of February 2018), free and unlimited 300 Mb Wi-Fi connection, international television channels: English cable channels and a selection of international channels from several countries through the internet (ask for channels in your country). We also have Netflix, a 43 "smart TV, games (cards, shovels, etc.), beach items (towels, umbrella, chairs, etc.) and all the necessary household items to make your stay very pleasant. * IMPORTANT WINTER MONTHS: For work reasons of the owners, check-in and check-out during the week must be made from 16-17 p. m. Lovely little apartment, has everything you need for a nice stay, Cristina was very helpful, and we had nice welcome pack when we arrived.
About a twenty minute walk into the center, 2 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely apartment right on the beach
Loveky 2 bed apartment with small pool and about 500ft from beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Lovely cafe just opposite which is right on the water with beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful location. Lovely beach.
Walking distance to Torrevieja should you fancy something a bit busier. Very responsive owner who answered queries immediately. Would definitely go again.

Hallo Christine, Deine Wohnung bekommt keine 5 Sterne sondern mindestens 6 Sterne. Sauberkeit , Einrichtung, das Bad. Alles nur schön um sich richtig wohl zu fuhlen. Die Matratzen sind vom Allerfeinsten, wir haben sehr schön und tief geschlafen. Man hat alles was man fur einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das einzige was fehlt waren Eierbecher und hierzu die Plastiklöffel. VIelen Dank fur alles und wenn es zeitlich möglich ist kommen wir naturlich wieder. Dir und Familie wunschen wir alles gute. R.H. Amazing Family Holiday
Christina's apartment is an absolute gem, fully worthy of a 5 star rating. Christina has a professional approach and offered a warm friendly welcome incuding a lovely cool beer/fruit juice.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower was superb, great aircon, large luxurious apartment with all mod cons incuding a fantastic t.v with Netflix. Christina made the process simple from start to finish from answering all questions relating to the area accurately and efficiently and processing payment through Homeaway was easy and arranging our taxis. The Most picturesque central comfortable place. We can’t wait to return.
We stayed at this property for 2 months to get away from the cold weather at home. What a great decision we made. The property is so beautiful and comfortable, and spotless. Cristina and Antonio are so welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble, such lovely people. All towels bedding are provided. Plus everything you would need.

Cristina's Torrevieja Apartment
We were met by Cristina on arrival at the apartment, she was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, TV with lots of English channels even Netflix.
Beach just across the road,while town centre is a 20 minute stroll away. We stayed at the apartment for 5 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period, the weather was pleasant.
We enjoyed it so much we are definitely going to book up for next Christmas.
Cristina is a lovely person,who is on hand for any problems you may have or indeed to answer any questions which may occur during your stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Fortnight in torrevieja
Spent the first half on October in the apartment and really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is a home from home, very comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Location, within one minute of the beach and a 20 minute walk to the centre/seafront of Torrevieja is fantastic. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes and although there a are significant number of tourists, we felt we experienced a flavour of the real Spain.
Cristina is a marvellous host. She met us on arrival and provided a thorough introduction to the apartment and local area with maps and useful information. Pleased to find a welcome pack in the fridge, beer and chocolates.
Can catch bus to La Zenia Boulevard from bus stop at Los Amigos cafe/bar on main road (about 5 mins from the apartment. Good live music evenings at Martini cafe (also on main road near the apartment). Dialprix supermarket an easy walk and shopping trolley provided in the apartment.
Highly recommended and we look forward to returning again.

Cristina is a lovely host, can tell she has pride in her holiday home, and wants it to be perfect for her guests. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Apartment is just across the road from a small but beautiful beach. Complex is clean and well cared for. Pool is also lovely and clean. I would highly recommend this apartment to people who want to enjoy a pool/beach holiday with the added extras of a beautiful comfortable home from home apartment.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. It was beautifully kitted out and we were welcomed with chocolates and wine!
It had everything we needed and the equipment was almost new. It was exactly as described and Cristina and her husband were attentive and thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble.
The complex was great and cleaned everyday by a maintenance man. It was peaceful and restful and perfect for "doing nothing break". You can avoid the busy part of town as there are bakeries and supermarkets near the complex.The sandy beach near the apartment is not big but has floats for children to swim to.
Torrevieja itself is a 20 minute walk away and is bigger than we thought and would suit those who like a busier holiday or with a family.

Wonderful 5 week holiday, all started when we finally arrived (very late - missed flight) to be greeted by Christina, the owner. She had seen to it that we had all we needed as we could not get to the shops. When we had a little trouble with the tv ( a large flat screen model ) she and her partner promptly arrived with a brand new 4k UHD smart tv and solved all our problems at a stroke. The apartment is as promised, well decorated with comfortable furniture and all the equipment we needed for our stay. Will definitely return.

Perfect apartment, perfect location!
The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful she gave us lots of information on the area, the apartment was spotless and fully equipped it even had beach mats and beach chairs, it was perfectly located opposite a lovely sandy beach and 15 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants around the main town and marina, very good value for money would definitely book again

Wonderful Apartment
Cristina was there to meet us on the Saturday and showed us round the lovely apartment which was fresh and clean with everything that we needed for our weeks stay. It is just a small complex with a lovely clean pool and surrounding areas. Close to the beach and convenient for visiting other areas around Torreiveja.

Cristina is most helpful and accommodating and responds to any questions straight away - nothing is too much trouble. Sheets, towels, beach equipment, detergent and basics provided. Perfect location if you are looking for a beach holiday and more.
This property is ideally located only 200 meters from a very nice beach. Cristina met us on arrival and explained everything about the property. We appreciated the welcome treat. The apartment is on the ground floor and located in a 3 level gated complex of about 40 apartments. It was in prestine condtion with everything working and suited all our needs. Beach chairs, beach mats and an umbrella were supplied so we were up and running day 1. Broadband worked very well and was fast.
There was parking available on the road outside the complex.
The complex is located 2 kilometres south of the centre of Torrevieja,where there are many sights to be seen. There is ample parking under the Boardwalk and there are many excellent restaurants. You can also walk to the area in about 20 minutes. There are also a number of restaurants closer to the apartment worth visiting.
There are a number of supermarkets close by.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again when visiting the area.

Perfect Holiday Accommodation.
Just spent 6 weeks in this lovely apartment. The apartment is of a very high standard, bright and modern in decoration with new furnishings & all very comfortable. The kitchen equipment is new & has everything required to self cater plus English TV & Wifi was a bonus. This ground floor apartment in a very small complex with views of the sea from the patio is maintained to the highest standard is suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as the area is very flat. There is a lovely pool and the beach/promenade is just across the road with shops, restaurants and entertainment with all the requirements for a lovely holiday are just a few minutes walk away. A very good bus services will take you to many nearby resorts and towns and a must is the La Zenia Boulavard for a fantastic shopping day. Cristina the owner is a lovely young lady who stayed in touch to make sure everything was ok & said if we had any problems we could ring her. This is a property we will definitely be going back to.
