For this price it's a good place. There is everything you need, clean linen, bathroom, breakfast. The staff is friendly and polite.
No soundproofing between rooms. I could hear my neighbors' conversations and their TV perfectly well.

Pretty much everything.

Breakfast was good, but the general area where Econolodge is situated has deteriorated since we last stayed there 9 years ago.. Manager was OK but other staff were difficult to get satisfaction from.
Air conditioner left a stale smell in room.

Staff were good and helpful.
Paint peeling in bathroom with mold. Odour of halls stale and damp as well as the room.
for $190.00 not worth the price regardless on the weekend.

The room was quite dirty and had a really bed smell. The window couldn't be opened ad parts were just broken off
The paint was peeling off the ceiling/wallpapers were coming off the walls.

The breakfast was very basic and produced a lot of garbage, and there was no service, nothing fresh, everything was wrapped.

NOTHING
The hotel was filthy dirty, the rooms were not ready. There was construction underway. There was no staff available on our arrival. We left and stayed down the stayed down the street.
We were too frightened to stay there.

My muffin had mold on it one morning when I grabbed it for breakfast.

DON'T DO IT!
Couldn't wait to get out of the place
Place was filthy and smelly. Vomit stains in the hallway. Think it was also operating as a homeless shelter.

they didn't have a room for us even after we booked the room a months in adance left us homeless had to find an other hotel and it was really expensive. They did nothing to help us

Great staff
Smelled musty.

It was nice to just be able to just help oneself.
Tables needed wiping. Batter for waffles, grounds for coffee, dish for muffins needed filling during my stay.

The room was clean and the reception staff were friendly. The location was good. Overall good value and we were only there for a quick, one-night stay.
The area seemed a bit sketchy, e.g. room overlooked the back lot dumpsters, someone sleeping on discarded couch. Couldn't find sugar at breakfast or a staff person to ask. A sports team was also staying that night and were pretty noisy.

Friendly staff and breakfast is correct
The room was not very clean.
Hallway carpets looked like they were full of mold.
The rooms are on the first floor of the building and there is no elevator.
There was no hairdryer in the bathroom.

Well located, 25 minutes walking from the center of the city. Big parking. The cheapest in the area with breakfast included (continental breakfast)
I think is expensive because is an old fashioned hotel and many things like carpets needs renovation. TV screen has a vertical line, the bathroom is small, the air conditioner is very noisy. There is not elevator to the second floor.

nothing
smell in the hallway, cleanliness, cockroaches in the bathroom, only one kurig coffee in the display. very bad experience.

Convenient location but the place is in bad need of updating. Not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Very friendly staff. Hallways grungy and smelly that they tried to cover up with air fresheners. Our room was very musty smelling (like a dirty old man smell!). I will say it was kept clean and the bed was more comfy than some other higher end hotels I've stayed in. It served our purpose but overpriced for the condition of the place. I don't think we'd stay again unless it was cheaper.
Hotel updates, wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, high chairs in dining room

Staff really tried to be helpful, and were super kind, volunteering whatever was possible. Pet friendly (at a surcharge), pretty good self-serve breakfast. Room had flat surfaces, passable AC, ethernet, plumbing. WiFi access point happened to be outside room, so was great.
Parking lot shared with another hotel, and when relatively full, all spots can be gone, but nearby streets will likely have some spaces. Vent in bathroom clearly conveyed nearby discussions in other rooms. Very sketchy characters living 'nearby', and immediate district is primarily rentals. Wall cracks, peeling paper & paint, metal corrosion, sloping floors carpeted to cover who knows what bumpy surfaces underneath, yellow caution taped-off areas or blocked by shower curtains; a bit musty and sometimes dark.
However, my bigger issue is with Booking.com. As Triple Genius (their highest membership level), and previously satisfied long-term member, it seems that during the pandemic, many changes have occurred at Booking.com, such that being a member has no value.
20% discounts? Never. Free breakfasts: at a premium, and no different than other consolidator sites. Priority support? I have made many attempts and after passing a month awaiting any material response, I can safely say that's not much of a 'priority'. Free room upgrades? Not once since the pandemic began (and there were plenty of opportunities). Upfront communication of all fees? A rarity. Therefore, you may as well use Booking when it shows up as a good price, but membership effectively has no 'rewards'

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go there again because of them.
Unfortunately we should have asked for our room to be cleaned and the towels replaced but be didn’t know we had to ask. There was nothing in the room to indicate you needed to do this.
Unfortunately the label for the plain oatmeal had been covered up so it wasn’t until I left when I suggested offering plain oatmeal that I found out it had been available.
The lack of an elevator was tough on me as I recently had a knee replacement.
