Suite was spacious, did not expect this! Everything was neat and clean, welcome package include water bottle and some sweets. It has a small kitchen with microwave, stove top, cooking pans, coffee machine! love the experience, i should come again with my wife and my baby.

The apartment was very spacious for 1 person. Staff was very nice and polite. No breakfast at the hotel but I went to the CornerHub just at the corner so no problem at all.
It's not the hotel fault but one night, the hotel was fully booked and there was probably an event in the city but people were so noisy and obnoxious. I almost considered to leave that night...

Location is perfect for commuting to The Cross Cancer Institute and U of A Hospital. Staff and customer service is excellent.
Very easy to get to.
I didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking as a Registered Hotel guest. If you are staying than parking for 1 vehicle should be free and possibly charge for additional vehicles. It is VERY noisy while sports teams are there.

The room is perfect for a family, close to the stollery for our appointment
The $250 deposit for one night. Never been to a hotel that requires such a large deposit for one night

Convenient location. I was able to make my meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned well
The first days they didn't clean but when I alerted them they cleaned daily amd did it well

I was impressed on all that was in the room. Not just a bed and tv but everything a person needs for any length of time.
We found it noisy during the night. The snow plows were out all night and their back up beepers could be heard clearly. I guess that’s why there were earplugs and a noise machine in the room, neither of which we used.

The property was close to the event venue—we were able to walk from the hotel in about 8 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the upgrade to a two-bedroom suite.
The parkade was a bit confusing to navigate.

spacious, clean, awesome bed and pillows. we were on the 11th floor and it was so quiet. it was walking distance to the hospital
where we had appointments. they allowed us to have a later check out to accommodate the times of hospital procedure.
the parade is a bit scary if you have a bigger vehicle. and there is no restaurant on site.

bed, sofa very comfy. full kitchen wares.
the kettles are cheap old fashioned, calcified inner coil, short power cord attached directly to it without base, got my hands burnt because of that.

Location was great, walking distance to transit, restaurants and stores. Facility was also very good. Definitely would recommend.
There was construction going on right next to hotel so it was a bit noisy.

We stayed to Campus Tower Suites for a week to help out my daughter moved to her school residence. This is very close to the University of Alberta. About 8-10 min walk to the school. The availabe parking is convenient. Hotel is nice and clean. I love that there is a kitchen and dining area in the suites although are restaurants nearby. Too. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Will stay definitely stay again

Location, and room layout.
The heating and air conditioning system was loud, and parking expensive.
