Liked the propert but not the bed bugs!!

I liked the bistro in the lobby it was great breakfast and Starbucks coffee which was awesome. The Pool and slide were great and we really enjoyed that part.

I came home with Bed Bug Bites all over my body. I am really hoping they do something about that because I know bed bugs can get very out of control. We stayed a few weeks before this at the same hotel but a different room and I did not have this experience. So I’m guessing the problem is only localized to either the room i just recently stayed in or perhaps a few others. We stayed in room 401.

Not a safe place to stay alone

Vehicle theft devices and suspicious persons I. Parking lot. I had left early and wished for a refund due to a safety concern. I was not given a refund due the the safety concern.

Unsafe and would not recover a refund to feeling unsafe

Stayed here because of pool and location, but not worth the money paid

Close and convenient to local restaurants. Pool was open late and it had a nice slide

The bathroom was not very clean. Paid for 4 adult breakfasts and was told at the bistro that I couldn't pay for 4 adults, I had only gotten 2 adult meals and 2 children meals. The children's French toast breakfast was literally one piece of toast. Didn't receive the fruit that was supposed to come with it, was given one fruit cup instead. Wasn't even given complimentary coffee in the morning.

I won't stay at this location again

That it was close to my venue

The tvs didn't work at all, the bathroom sink didn't drain, the staff would stand outside my door and talk, so I keep thinking they need something? We went to the pool in the morning and the life gard keep leaving the pool area to talk on his phone.

Very good

Nice and modern

Got a jacuzzi room but found the tub to be a bit small for 2 people. Single is good but we like to enjoy jacuzzi time together. Just wish it was a bit bigger. Also not happy with the mirror only being in the bathroom. There should be 1 in the room itself. Makes for getting ready a little difficult when crammed in a small bathroom. Should have been added even just inside armoire.

VERY Dirty. would never stay there again.

the location

the room was disgusting. there were stains all over the walls, sofa, headboard and lamp shades. there was a dirty paper towel on the sink in the bathroom when we arrived. I woke up with a bed bug bite on my arm. groups of people throughout the night were yelling and banging on doors to be let into other rooms. the next morning, the receptionist did not ask me how my stay was for me to tell her.

great stay! very nice staff. rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner but all in all a good stay.

the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, there was one specific guy at the front that was very accommodating and nice, he made us feel very welcome.

there was wrappers on our sofa bed with was pretty insanitary, the staff should be making sure everything in the rooms is thoroughly clean.

The tub spa that was all the tv didn't work they sent maintenance he bought a another remote control that didn't work to the television he does get the TV in the back he died at the TV from under the dresser it didn't work it was our 11th anniversary I didn't request for two wine glasses they told me to come downstairs across the lobby and get them myself after I requested them when I booked the room I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I was not satisfied at all it ruled my anniversary

Will not stay with this chain again. Very tired and worn rooms with poor quality linens

Not much. Quite expensive for a poorly maintained room

Housekeeping tried to enter the room before 9 am after knocking several times. I guess they could not read the Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping was very poorly scheduled as they should know a room has been vacated before even attempting to clean it.

Size of the room.

Dirty hallways. Body wash container was empty, shampoo pump was broken, no bathrobes in the room, looks like they saving on soap and body lotion. We had to contact the reception twice asking to bring body lotion. No complimentary bottle water. We had to call the reception for slippers. The sink in the bathroom was draining very slow. This hotel is a shame of the Marriott chain unless the chain has run down so badly and this kind of service has become a standard.
